We loved this 4-bedroom house right on the canal leading to Tampa Bay, minutes from the airport. I can only give this home a 4-star review as the house was not properly equipped for 8 people. There were only 5 do I g room chairs and 4 stools at the outdoor tiki bar. The stools were all wobbly and creaking. There was also only 5 coffee mugs and wine glasses. Other than that, this home is perfect for a family or a friends reunion.

It was just what we were looking for—nice home in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool/dock area.

The home was beautiful and a great setting for friends and family to gather in preparation for our wedding. The pictures are very accurate and there was a gorgeous peacock who visit us on the front porch every morning.

Easy rental and check in check out process. Very nice comfortable home. Very clean. Only four in our party but plenty of room for eight. Pool area was very nice as well however more seating is needed. And a gas fireplace / table would be a nice thing on cooler evenings.

Needs a lot of TLC and repairs.

Pretty clean property overall. Nice spacious house with a lovely kitchen. Surprisingly, not as much air traffic noise as expected being only 4 miles from the airport. Expect to drive everywhere as there are no stores, shops or restaurants within walking distance; it's very easy to hop on the freeways and highways to get to popular destinations Clearwater Beach and Busch Gardens. Pool and patio area were disappointing. We couldn't use pool because it is not heated and too cold, also it could have been cleaner. Would have loved to have a sitting area on the patio; there were only 2 lounge chairs. The sitting area by the bar is very nice, but the couch cushions are a bit dirty. The rental company is VERY responsive; I had answers within seconds of sending questions. They provide code to get into the house instead of carrying a key, which I really liked.

Very conveniently located to many attractions and comfortable home.

This house needs a lot of maintenance. It also has sewer issues.

This place was great, the location is perfect because we could uber anywhere in Tampa easily. The inlet water and the pool made it picture perfect for our trip.

Pros: House has comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and lots of space with a nice pool/outdoor space. It's in a nice location right on the canal. Cons: The keypad lock stopped working midway through our stay and we got locked out of the house. I called and Vacasa eventually got it sorted out but it took 15 minutes while we had to wait outside in the blazing heat with young kids. There's several maintenance issues that have been neglected and could be easily remedied: broken ottoman, small patches of algae growing on pool bottom, broken statues/old pool floats/other junk that needs disposed of that's just laying around in the outdoor bar, closet door broken, dingy couch needs cleaned.

We lucked out in finding this home available for a last minute getaway to reunite with family after a long year of distance!! This is a spacious home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, with comfortable spaces both inside and outside. Enough rooms/beds for 8… a fantastic outdoor pool/bar set up overlooking an inlet lined with boats. The home is less than 10 minutes from the airport, approx 20 minutes from Ybor City, about 30 minutes from Busch Gardens and other attractions, and 45 minutes from Clearwater Beach. Lots of local shopping to grab groceries and other necessities within minutes of the house. Very easy to settle in and make yourself comfortable here! The property manager reached out the morning of check-in & was responsive throughout the weekend. Overall, the house was really tidy and we didn’t see any “Florida Bugs” inside which was great considering the proximity to the water, the amount of rain we got during our stay, & Florida. A few observations and opportunities: • While the location, space, and amenities of this home made it feel “worth the money”, having the fridge stock with waters (& even an inexpensive bottle of bubbles) seems like a nice touch that would cost too much. • Some of the dishes were as clean as they could/should have been. It was easy to quickly hand wash/rinse things, but that should be a preference rather than a need. • A couple extra paper towels and a box of trash bags provided would be helpful. • There are a lot of light switches in this house… and they only label was one that said “do not touch”. After 3 days, we never figured out how to turn on all the lights/fans. Instructions or labels would be really helpful. Those minor things aside… this was a great location and a great house! Everyone in our group loved it and we could have easily stayed longer. I’m saving it as a favorite location and can see us returning as a family or as a friends getaway. So happy this location was the center of such a great family trip!

This home was clearly not inspected by property management (Vacasa) prior to arrival. If it was and I was the home owner, I would find find new company to manage my rental! There were not enough beds to sleep 10 as advertised, not enough beach or bath towels, old used pots and pans, broken chairs, broken glass shards in pool area, tree droppings in kayaks, and a few cockroaches roaming around in the home. I think we were the first to rent in a while because the property seemed like it had been vacant. The outdoor Tiki bar was covered in dust and cobwebs. The kayaks were full of spiders and tree debris. There was no smoker as advertised. The property manager did end up dropping off linens and cleaning up the Tiki area but for how much it cost per night, this should not be considered a vacation rental. Everything was either broken or badly worn. Both outdoor patio recliner cushions were shredded and placed torn side down. Dish towels looked like old rags. Shared bathroom pockets doors didn't lock or actually even cover the door opening completely. Master bedroom light did not work. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to post pictures which tell my story better than words.. After 4 days, we left and thankfully got a return on the days we didn't stay. Ended up in a much, much nicer condo closer to Anna Maria that I gave a 5 star review on for less per night. Don't waste your time or money on this one!

The stay was pretty good, but there are a few things I wish were better. The location was good though we could hear the airplanes all day. We had a difficult time getting I to the house because the lock # was different than what we were given.We couldn't get the cable to work and and finally connected the right cords the 3rd day we were there. The microwave didn't work. The washer and dryer were pretty retro.We asked for a pool net to scoop out the debris but I didn't get a callback about it. It was nice to have trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry/dish detergent readily available. The pool was freezing all day and was dirty... ducks kept swimming in it. One of the interesting parts of our stay was the peacock that stayed on the front porch. It was beautiful.
