This house is so beautiful!! We have been coming to Mirimar every year for the past 15 years and this is the third year in a row we have rented this same house. Everything about it is fantastic. It will be our new go-to spot from here on out! The hosts are wonderful and tend to every detail. They even left us a kind note and bottle of wine this year since we are repeat renters. This newly renovated duplex sits right on the beach in the heart of Mirimar. The beach access is right off the lower level balcony making it very convenient to come and go from the beach as desired. There is plenty of comfortable seating on the balconies so everyone can enjoy the incredible view. It is within walking distance to everything you'd need for a week at the beach. The beds are incredibly comfortable as well, and the large couch and furniture in the family room are perfect for family and friends to pile on. The small pool on the first floor balcony is a perfect way to cool off if you want a break from the sun. Parking is convenient and could fit 4 vehicles in the driveway if you needed. This house is a must for anyone traveling to Mirimar! Thanks for adding to the fun of our vacation. See you next year!!

Great layout for multiple families. The kids had an amazing bunk room and plenty of space on the first floor. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Plenty of pantry space for groceries. Able to fit a van, extended SUV, and jeep in the driveway. The small pool was a hit for the kids.FYI HOA rules don’t allow tents.

There were nine of us. Six adults and three Children under five. Really appreciated the small pool for our kids they loved it. And the option of being able to go to the community bigger pool when we want more space. Plenty of room for all three families to have their own space. You get an umbrella and 2 chairs set up on the beach every morning and they supply extra chairs. Bring a few extra umbrellas and there’s plenty of shade for the babies. Will definitely stay here again.

The Stargazer property was perfect beach front to gather our three families to celebrate a 50th Wedding Anniversary. Location and access to beach were awesome. Host was extremely helpful with all our questions. The property is well maintained and easy to operate.

We have been anticipating this vacation for more than 6 months and the kids kept looking at the pictures and imagining how our trip would go. Every expectation was exceeded! It was so relaxing to be able to see the kids playing on the beach when we were on the porch. Nice to be able to go back and forth to the beach whenever we wanted! Everything felt clean and tidy and communication with the host was smooth and problem free! Highly recommend!

Our family of five had such a wonderful time at the Stargazer house. The location was ideal and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. It was upscale house with a beachy, comfortable feel. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would love to come back and visit again.

We had a great stay at this house. It was in a wonderful location, the beach was not crowded since there are no large condos near by and close to everything in town. The home was a great layout and so clean! This home was one of the best stocked homes we’ve ever rented. We would highly recommend this home to anyone!

We loved our week here! We visit Miramar beach every year, and this is by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. There was plenty of space for our family to sleep, but also plenty of space to just hang out and relax together. The kids loved the bunk room with the arcade cabinets. They only want to stay at this location from now on. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. It was a perfect week!

I wish I could give this listing more than 5 stars! This is the second year we have stayed in this townhouse. It is perfect! The location cannot be beat and the home itself is beautiful. The small pool on the patio is a perfect way to escape the sun or wind down the day at the end of a day at the beach. The owners are very responsive and even came by the property to facilitate managing the trash pick-up and to make sure everything was in order for us. The home has everything you need and the new bunk beds are a wonderful addition! Thank you for adding to our family vacation memories!

This beach house was the most amazing experience for me and my family! It is right on the beach with beach service included and is roomy enough for a big family to all come together without being on top of each other. The House was immaculate and everything worked perfectly with no problems and OMG...the View!

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and is walking distance to souvenir shops, local eateries, and a delicious coffee shop. The beach is your backyard making balcony sitting so peaceful and not to mention easy access to the beach is super convenient. The owners were amazing and were quick to respond to any questions I had. We also had some crazy weather while we were here and they checked in on us making sure we were okay and told us to let them know if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying again and recommend this beautiful house for a relaxing vacation.

Eleven gulls (women) attended a reunion of friends. the condo has three stories--with balcony on each floor. Plenty of room and with bedrooms on all levels offered privacy. We really enjoyed. The pool was heated when we got there and we had an internet outage and the landlord came right away. It was great. Rent it you will love it.

Our family stayed at this property over fall break. It exceeded every expectation that I had. We brought my 87 year old Mom and the queen room on the main floor with a walk in shower and the kitchen was perfect. The kids room was amazing as was the small pool/hot tub. The location was perfect and in walking distance to Papano Joes, as well as many other restaurants. Our family has been to many beaches and this was perfect.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The location is great: short drive to grocery, liquor, pharmacy; short walk to descent restaurants. Some mention the busy road in front of the house but we did not find it bothersome. The traffic is driving fairly slowly since so many people are out walking. The beach was absolutely perfect! There were 12 of us and we slept comfortably with 2 beds to spare. We stayed for a week and needed to purchase more toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags but you can get them at the CVS nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is amazing. We have been coming to Mirimar Beach for years as a family but have never stayed anywhere this wonderful. This year we have added friends, spouses/boyfriends of our adults children…the works! This house is so beautiful, spacious and a perfect spot for a week at the beach. The small pool was a wonderful bonus. I did not think we would use it much, but we often ended up in the pool before heading back inside after a long day at the beach. The listing states parking for 2 but we were easily able to park 4 vehicles, which was a nice bonus. The owner was very responsive and was quick to get back with us when we had a few questions. The listing is exactly as pictured, if not more beautiful. We were literally steps from the beach, which made it so convenient to go out and in. We will definitely book again! Thank you.

It’s absolutely gorgeous! Very well decorated, with all the things you would need. The only cons if I had to say, is going through the downstairs bedroom to go to the beach. Everyone uses that door so whoever sleeps downstairs better not mind the traffic lol. The pros, the kids loved the little pool/spa. It was a definite hit! We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was amazing. The house had everything we needed including beach chairs and was located right on the beach for easy back and forth access with the kids. Don't let peoples comments about parking keep you away because it wasn't that bad and totally worth it!
