This VRBO is a beautiful property in a great location just off Hwy 51 and the 101. Easy access to two of the main freeways in Phoenix. The house is as Described. The only complaint I have is I paid for the pool heat for 4 days and it was only on 1 day. There must have been a communication error somewhere. Other than that, I highly recommend this property.😄

My wife and two young children were visiting family in the area over spring break. The house was clean, updated, well appointed, and comfortable. The outdoor area was beautiful and the kids loved the heated pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located to anything you might need. The property manager checked in regularly and, although we didn’t experience any issues, she was available if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

House was easy to get to and overall in quiet neighborhood. Dogs next door barked a little. House was very clean and had all necessary items. Two disappointing items, first booked an additional day coming in a day earlier to then get an email later stating I could add a day at a discounted rate, too late but thanks. Second stated had heated pool but we didn’t notice until the following day that it wasn’t heating. Replies are not very quick but eventually stated they would get someone out. Someone finally came out and by then they stated part wouldn’t be in until Monday. Refunded the pool fee but the whole reason we chose the place was for the heated pool. Very disappointed and in hindsight would have stayed somewhere else.

We loved our stay. This was our first time in Phoenix and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home while there on vacation. The home was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the necessary shops (e.g. grocery store, drug store, Starbucks). The location was easy and convenient to everywhere we visited while there - about a 20-25 minute drive to most places (we went to Tempe, Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, among other places). The home was well stocked with towels, linens, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), kitchen supplies, and had sufficient dishes. Our family of 4 was able to spread out. I read in previous reviews that it takes a while for the shower to heat up in the master bathroom. This is true but, it does reach a full hot temp after a while - just requires a little patience. We loved the backyard and pool!! It felt like a complete escape. We had a couple of minor unexpected issues during our stay - a breaker flipped causing the outside lights not to work temporarily and we requested to have the pool heated after arriving but the system needed to be fixed by the pool company causing a slight delay. However, I cannot overemphasize how helpful and responsive both the owner and property manager were in resolving these issues for us. Customer service was top notch! If/when we go back to Phoenix, we’ll absolutely plan to rebook here!

Property was in a great location and felt very safe. House was clean and comfortable. Outside fans & lghts, and several outlets inside did not work. Property manager initially was quick to respond to questions but when I asked to have someone come look at the fans outside, they quit responding to me. Overall though it was a nice place.

The house was just right for us. We Barbecued and had a relaxing swim on one of our evenings at this location. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to 101. I would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed 2 days was nice. Front door locking system and back door was strange, didn’t feel secure. But everything was very clean! Was a very nice and convenient location!

The house and neighborhood was nice clean and quiet and close enough to the college and high schools my boys where playing ball at I would stay here again for sure Preciate ya

We extended our stay in Phoenix because our prior rental wasn’t exactly what we had wanted. This rental was a perfect fit for us! The home was welcoming and I truly felt like we were at home!! The pool was by far the best part!! Communication with the property manager was quick and seamless every step of the way. I am looking forward to staying here again when we come back out to visit family! Thanks to Stephanie and team for a wonderful experience!

Everything was good. Could use a few things in the kitchen for those who cook. Needs a cutting board, peeler, olive oil, spices.

This is a great house if you want space, a pool and a convenient location. Located 30 minutes or less from the airport, stadiums and other Phoenix attractions. The property manager communicated well and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend this property.

Really enjoyed our stay. Easy to get to many places. House extremely clean and quiet neighborhood. Bathroom towels were awesome. Nice touch with the movie night popcorn bucket. Beds very comfortable Suggestions: Check Hot water-Took at least 10 minutes for hot water in the master suite shower and not ever truly hot. Need a cutting board Upgrade a little on Hair dryer The electronic board was awesome but needs to be updated. When asked about groceries stores only listed stores 18 miles away. Grill had to light, suggestions leave instructions

Good house for a small family or (2) couples. Would stay here again.

Looked brand new and had all of the features described. Really nice pool in backyard.

This property was exactly as advertised and very clean and comfortable, with a great location. The owner was very responsive to needs/questions. And all the appliances were top notch. My only suggestion is that if you are planning to stay a few days and do any cooking or eating, bring some chip clips and ziplock baggies, and maybe pen and paper if you think you will need them.

This house is conveniently located and an excellent choice for visiting friends in the Desert Ridge area. The house was updated and comfortable. There was a minor issue with the heated pool, but the response was quick, and we were swimming in our heated pool the next day. We will stay here again when we visit the area.
