This was my family's annual Thanksgiving getaway. We have stayed here for the last three years. The upgrades to the house was very nice. And the beds were soooo comfortable. From booking to check-in and check out was effortless. We look forward to returning next year

Great location. Just steps away from the public access walk to the beach. Ben was very helpful with our questions and requests. Quick response time. Nice pool and a closet full of items to use at the pool and the beach. Didn’t expect that. Some furniture and mattresses a little out dated but Ben said that is on his list to replace soon. Definitely would recommend! We had a great time!

Place was exactly as described - a bit dated but clean and a perfect location for a large family get together. Pool was clean and it got used often. Ben was great to work with and extremely responsive!

The house was very accommodating and comfortable. We had 11 adults and 3 kids stay. The rooms were clean and accommodating. The bathrooms in each room made things easy. The porch was relaxing to sit and watch activity. Also, the pool was a decent size for us. The house location was a short walk (3 minutes) from the beach. There were plenty of stores, gas stations and fun activities nearby. The only thing was the grill was a little challenging to keep lit. However, we would definitely stay here again!!!

We came down to celebrate one of my friends birthdays and this was such a great place! None of us had been to North Myrtle before, but would definitely come back. The house was able to accommodate everyone plus kids 3 and under. It had a great location to the beach and local entertainment. Having the private pool was an added bonus for all adults and kids! Would highly recommend this place and Ben has been great.

Great Location for Large Group
We were a large group of 20 somethings and this property was excellent for us! Great location and the host answered quickly when we had a question. A couple of the members of our party did mention that the downstairs bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner but overall the space was great for us and served exactly what we needed. If we had another large party in the area I would absolutely return.

OsyterCatcher was perfect for our family of 18. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things need to prepare our meals. The walk to the beach was only minutes away. We would stay there again. The pool was nice and clean. The little ones loved it

Amazing stay in Myrtle!
We had an amazing stay at Ben’s house. Everything was exactly as advertised and the contactless check-in was easy. The house next door was empty so it was nice and peaceful. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and pots/pans. Our only issue was that it was very cold the first two nights and there is no heat in the side rooms. We used all the extra blankets in the house but were still a little cold. Not an issue if you’re not staying there in the summer. Overall great stay!

The house was sufficient for the family. The owner of the house was super nice and very accommodating. I would say better cleaning needs to be done after each stay but overall everything else was good.

Good family time
It was an easy experience with checking in, all the way to checking out. Ben stayed in contact and provided all the information. No big complaints on the property, other than the Nest AC unit only providing air to the center of the house and not the surrounding rooms. We managed though with the fans that were provided in every room. Overall it was a great place for a great family experience. Thanks Ben.

Family Vacay Fun!
Our family had a blast at the Oyster Catcher. Just a short walk to the beach for fun in the sun. Lucas was great to work with. Attended our needs & questions at anytime. The little kids loved the pool and practically lived in it for the week. The house was a perfect fit for our huge family! Thanks for accommodating us. God bless!

House was good, location was noisy.
The house was good, pretty much as pictured. It was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and we didn’t need bath towels which was nice. It also had beach chairs, toys and a beach umbrella. The pool was great. It was like block away from the beach (super easy walk) The area was loud at night which wouldn’t be so bad if you don’t have little ones. Every night fireworks went off (very close to the house) at various times at night and woke our 3 year old. The condo across the street was loud with teenagers.

GREAT FAMILY VACATION
WE HAD (15) FAMILY MEMBERS FROM 4 YEARS OLD TO 80 YEARS OLD. THE HOUSE WAS A PERFECT FIT FOR US. WE ALL HAD A LOT OF FUN AT THE POOL AND ON THE PORCH. THE BEACH WAS JUST A SHORT WALK AWAY. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BEACH HOUSE TO ANYONE.

Great Stay!
We had a blast at the house. Great proximity to the beach, VERY cold A/C in the house, plenty of room for our 18 people and the pool/basketball goal was the hit of the week for the kids.

Depends on what you are
The location was awesome! However the bedding/pullout couches was very disappointing. One pullout couch was broken and the second was in the same location as the first leaving one useless. Several outlets was somewhat concerning due to them NOT being fastened to the wall properly.
Over all the home was clean and wonderfully located.

AMAZING LOCATION!!
We had a wonderful experience. Lucas was very accommodating and exceptional to work with! The bedrooms were more spacious then the pictures appeared! We were able to set up pack n plays in a few of the rooms. The house is literally steps away from beach access. The private pool was a huge plus and well maintained. We were a group of 12 adults and 6 children and everyone had a wonderful time. We would all highly recommend this place!!

Perfect for groups!
The house was exactly as depicted in the photos. There were 15 of us and plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and functional and Lucas was pleasant to work with and very responsive. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay there again.

Improvements needed
All 7 beds have very firm mattresses which were uncomfortable. Almost all pillows need replaced. The 2 sleeper couches in lower level need to be replaced as the cushions are sinking into frame. Table in pool area is shedding debris which blows into pool which appears to be painted algae green On positive side. The owner was very responsive to dealing with questions and minor issues we had. Access to the beach was very easy and less than 100 steps There was plenty of seating at meal time and pool was cleaned and enjoyed by all. Kitchen was fairly well stocked.

Our spring retreat
The owner was very prompt we had a couple issues with the house but he had them taken Care quickly. Everything was as described, the pool was awesome and our weather was excellent, couldn't have asked for a better week thank you again
