Hosts were responsive. House was warm and cosy, spacious, had a decent washing machine, dishwasher and fridge

Vacuum didn't work and house carpets were dirty. Presumably the cleaner had a go and gave up but didn't flag anything up. Didn't work even when I emptied it. There was a handheld one which the hosts said I could use but I wasn't going to do this and clean an entire rental house that should have been clean with a handheld vacuum. The next day another lady came with a different vacuum which also didn't work. Later that day another lady came with a working vacuum and cleaned it. I had also requested some sharp knives, a chopping board, a colander and a vegetable peeler, as there were none. I was told these needed to be ordered. I would have thought they could have sent someone to the massive Tesco Extra ten minutes walk from the house to spend a tenner on some essentials. So I'd check if these items have been added if you want to be able to chop veg etc.

Great location, the children enjoyed the park around the corner, very spacious house, good facilities even with high chair, very impressed with three toilets, one bath and a shower. Very friendly and helpful co-host Angela.

House interior looked a bit tired, could fresh up a bit. And all the hanging cupboard doors, TV units doors, bin, cracked glasses, ripped stairs carpet could be fixed/improved. Matresses are a bit soft and pillows could be a bit more firmer.

The property was in a good location, very clean, dry comfortable and had everything you needed, included free parking outside the door.

Very spacious lovely apartment. Beds were comfy. Good communication with the hosts. Good value for money.

Nice property in a great location for exploring Salford and Manchester. Enough space for a family of 5. Well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Parking space directly outside the front door. Communication fantastic throughout. Decent takeaways in walking distance.

Mattress in the en-suite room wasn't the best, quite soft and not much support.

Home was so Cosy and homely, felt like a true home from home
