The house was big enough for our family but i have a few things i would like to bring to your attention. The house should not be listed as 5 bedrooms. The bedroom upstairs by where the washer and dryer is really isn't a room. No place to put your clothes, no closet. The air upstairs did not work and that room had no fan and was extremely hot. At least the other two rooms upstairs had fans to keep it cool in their bedroom. The house wasnt as clean as it should have been. Spiders in the bathtubs and not enough towels for everyone. I mentioned the faucet in the kitchen leaked, the dryer needed to be checked and the curtain in the bathroom in the basement kept falling down. Several of the drawers had small bugs in them with utensils just laying in the drawers. No wash cloth in the kitchen nor was there some type of broom or small vacuum for use in the kitchen. Patio furniture was dirty and several of the chairs in the kitchen were wobbling. I just think a little more care and cleanliness needs to be done. It would be a great house.

This house is in a transitional neighborhood with easy access to downtown Nashville and the "new" East Nashville. The furnishings are very much in need of an update as there were broken seats inside and out on the deck. Most beds are just mattresses on a frame. The kitchen is not well equiped for cooking and feeding a family of 10. Need more utensils (only 8 forks) and a roasting pan or two. The fire pit and gas grill were nice to have. Note: there is a fee for early check-in. We arrived 30 minutes early, and though the clearners had long been finished, we had to wait until check-in time to enter the house. Also check-out time on the listing is different from check out time provided by owner. We made it work as there were beds for all of us.

Location was great. Overall we were happy but...
Property photos were misleading. Only one private bathroom in master bedroom. One room was literally a closet with two bed in it.
Looked much newer and nicer than it actually was.
Bedding was dirty and unwashed. Not all floors were vacuumed or swept. The owner/property manager was very responsive and sent cleaners out immediately.
Very noisy layout.
Overall satisfied with the property for the price It was good value.

If you need a lot of beds and some outdoor space to enjoy, this place is great. If you’re looking for fine decorative touches…well. But we were not, and this place worked just fine. It is probably a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown Nashville, very easy. Would have been nice to have some soap in the shower though.

Plenty of space for people to spread out and socialize. Great kitchen with everything we needed to cook. And wonderful location - near Broadway.

Nice house, nice location. Needs some tlc and would be great. Walls need paint. Rooms need trash cans and light bulbs. Soap in the showers and bathrooms would be a nice touch as well. Overall the house was very clean and a nice location.

Great house, great location
Perfect for our party of 10 family vacation. Just 3 miles away from Broadway in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to Uber back and forth. Plenty of space for all the family to be together but also enough room to take quiet time if needed. Pool table/ping pong table was fun and the kitchen was my favorite.

Nashville Stay
This property was great for a big group! Awesome kitchen and lots of space. The location was awesome, the deck was great and we had a great time staying here. Kelsey was also extremely responsive and great with questions. Would definitely stay again!

Very beautiful Home!
The stay was wonderful the host was very helpful with trying to find attractions in the area and the check in was very easy as well and the home itself was very clean. No complaints at all!

Fantastic Home!
This place was beautiful! Safe, clean, well stocked, enough hot water for our crew, warm, comfy beds, and the list goes on! We loved working with the property owners. They were responsive and got our needs met pronto! We’d stay here again in a second!

Convenient modern and spacious
Two families comfortably stayed with 5 children. Kitchen is great for those preparing and serving in residence. Quiet suburb of Nashville, very convenient to all attractions.

Great Weekend Getaway
This house was everything we hoped it would be. Just as described and so nice we had to make ourselves leave to get out and explore Nashville! Lots to do to stay entertained and slept our party of 8 comfortably. Would stay here again!

Great house and location.
This house has all the amenities that you would want. Decorated nicely and the property manager was extremely helpful throughout the rental process. Quick 10 minute Uber to downtown from this property as well. Would highly recommend for a great getaway.

This house was perfect for our party of 10. The bride to be loved the master bedroom and bathroom. The host was easy to communicate with. The location was close to highway and central to all areas of Nashville.

Gorgeous Home
The home is very nice! We loved being able to take a quick Uber ride to destinations and return back to the quite neighborhood. Very relaxing, well maintained, and welcoming environment!
