This location and size of home worked out perfectly for our family! We loved that it was tucked away from other homes so that we could enjoy our time. We got to lay out late at night under the stars near the firepit. Having the larger garage to use was so nice for crafts, games, meals and indoor basketball!!! The beds were comfy and set up was great. Take bug spray and keep window’s closed during dusk hours.

This property is fantastic. It provides such an easy opportunity to disconnect from everything and enjoy the fresh air and quiet of nature. We spotted elk, turkeys, lots of birds, and a herd of deer that was about 30 strong a few times. We enjoyed and will definitely return. The owner is amazing, responsive, and easy to communicate with.

We spent the weekend at the house for a work wellness retreat, and it was the perfect setting! We had ~15 people and the sleeping situation worked out well with plenty of space. The beds are super comfortable, everything is well stocked. We were there during a snowstorm, and the sledding down the road was epic! Kitchen is a little small as mentioned before, and made for some intimate cooking. Also when Heather says 4WD and good tires, that's accurate. We tried getting up in the snow with several AWD vehicles without snow tires and no luck. The lack of (most) cell service made the shuttling a little difficult, so just plan for that (we had people call when they were entering American Fork canyon and met them in 20 min). But it also made it more of a getaway being a little disconnected (there's good wifi though). Heather is very responsive and helpful as well.

We spent Thanksgiving here and had a wonderful stay. Used the fire pit for s’mores and had a birthday party in the recreation center. The extra fridge in the rec center came in handy for all our leftovers. Heather was great to work with and had the place decorated nicely and answered all our questions immediately. We had 9 adults, 7 children under 12 and pets so it was a houseful, but it all worked great. We saw deer everyday of our stay, that was awesome.

She was in top of everything and every concern. Easy to communicate with her before during and after the reservation. It’s a great place for any family gathering.

We really enjoyed the property. The play barn was great for the kids to escape. The amount of sleeping accommodations was great.

This house was perfect for our group. Heather was great to work with and always responded quickly to our questions. We had a great time!

Our stay was good but the host knew we were having a wedding and there weren’t any extra trash bags and not enough toilet paper. The house is beautiful though and Heather got back to us about our concerns quickly.

Quiet, serene, clean, and plenty of sleeping room. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to book again.

Came up for a graduation. Property and home are beautiful and worked perfectly for the family. If in the area we would stay here again.

Everything was great except that the garbages were not emptied from the previous renters and we were unable to include any of our garbage in them, plus there were no garbage bags for the kitchen garbage. Other than that...great! Would do another group stay.

We enjoyed our stay, house was very comfortable. If it is winter, make sure you have four wheel drive. Heather was great, very good communication!

The house is amazing and surrounded by equally amazing property.. magical is the word that comes to mind.. so happy we booked this for our family Christmas get together!!

We had a great family thanksgiving stay in this home. We had 18 family members to include 7 children. The beds were comfortable and the downstairs living area was a great place for the kids to play or watch movies. Never had an issue with water when showering! It gets HOT with great pressure throughout the home. The kitchen was a little small with this many people trying to do a thanksgiving meal but otherwise I think it would be fine for normal vacation getaways. Heather was in great contact and assisted when ever needed. Since there is not a trash service she did have the trash picked up mid week, and if there was a problem or question, she was quick to respond. The dryer stopped working and they had it replaced the next day. The property is amazing. Lots of places to hike and explore. Beautiful views both day and night. This would be a star gazers paradise! A few key tips. We underestimated how long the driveway was even after being told. There is cell service but it is low, and when you try to connect multiple devices to the WiFi does buffer. It is a short drive to Spanish Fork which has most stores you would need. If you plan on hiking, we highly recommend Three Forks Hot Springs. It is very close by and amazing! Remember to take a change of clothes so you can get in. Totally worth the hike!

We had a great time at this house and location! There was enough parking for everyone and enough beds and bathrooms for everyone!

We had a great time at this property. The views were fantastic both night and day! Everything is new and the house looks very nice. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are very clean. The drive up to the house is on a somewhat narrow gravel road up the hill (but maybe that's just because I'm used to living at flat sea level in Florida!). The ruts in the road made it kind of difficult if you don't have a truck or SUV. We loved exploring the property and said hello to the horses every day. Have never seen so many stars at night before! It was perfect for our family, although the kitchen is a little small if you have a larger group. The large yard is great for kids and dogs. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

The location and view were awesome! We really enjoyed being with our family. But, we had paid for 23 people but only had about 12-14 bath towels, no dishcloths, 2 dish towels, a mostly empty bottle of dish soap, not enough real plates/utinsels, etc to eat our meals on real dishes. We didn’t mind using paper goods- except no garbage dumpster. So our garbage was piled on deck, where something got in it at night- till we hauled it away when we left! Good thing I had packed some garbage bags and paper towels- because I didn’t see any provided. I couldn’t contact the property manager because the internet wouldn’t connect with my phone. We were continually swatting flies in the kitchen and some Clorox wipes would have been nice to wipe off counters. And there were mice in the house..

Owner is super helpful and accommodating. Our girls camp group had a wonderful time there.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house seems to be newly renovated. The 6 bedrooms were all comfortable and there are nice bathrooms. The house is in a nice secluded area with beautiful views of the mountains. The house is very roomy with 3 levels of living space. The owner was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
