Friendly staff

The breakfast offered didn’t match the price of the stay.

Having 24 hr coffee etc! Lovely big room. Long counter for all our bags Bed wonderful Nice outdoor area and inside lounge area.

Needs more lighting especially kitchen. A tube fluorescent light can be moved around which helped but still needs a couple more standing lamps. Not enough crockery and cutlery. 1 bowl, 1 cereal spoon, no teaspoons! Was told that's all they have. Staff did find me another bowl and teaspoon! Mainstay, Buy some more! Breakfast only cold cereal, yogurt, cold hard boiled egg, toast, apples. Perhaps a couple of hot items would make a big improvement. .

Had a nice big suite. Was easy to get to. Staff was friendly an helpful.

Needs more attention to cleaning in rooms and carpets. The first room we were assigned had hair in tub and a layer of dust all over. We got a new room, it was better, but I still needed to clean the microwave, the refrigerator and some of the dishes. The light over the stove didn't work, so kitchen was dark. The light for the desk dosnt work either. In the bathroom, the fan was always on...and very noisy...whenever the light was turned on. Carpets need updating. Generally not up to a good standard.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent! Four female friends staying in one room and it was very comfortable!!

Great to have a full kitchen with full size refrigerator and microwave. Excellent for day trips to the National Parks.

Breakfast was bland and didn’t provide tea bags.

The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. They truly made you feel welcomed.

I had to cut my trip shorter than originally expected. I would have like to have stayed longer.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The fridge was full size and there was a kitchenette. Shower was good. Having fresh baked cookies at check-in was an added bonus. Overall great experience.

Check-in staff were not friendly. There were no silverware in the drawers but it didn't matter because we did not eat in. My Choice points are still not registered.

This was like a private apartment unit. Nicely finished, comfy beds, large walk in closet and lot of living space.

Bookings was a little difficult. Web site shut down several times and switch to other sites. Not sure of the cause but was finally successful

Rebecca at check in was super nice, we arrived 30 min before ck in and we were able to go ahead and ck in. All of the staff was super nice! Warm cookies and fruit bowl at ck in. Super clean, great continental breakfast with hot options daily. Grills and cornhole games on back patio. Beds super comfy, large shower, kitchenettes in rooms.

AC is not working

Location and room were great.

Staff was very unprofessional. The lady working the front desk just asked for ID and card and after verifying she just handed us our keys. She didn’t say where our room was at or offer any other information. The lobby also smelled like cigarette smoke.

very clean, new feeling, no noise but it was fully occupied, good breakfast, great and helpful staff. I have stayed at a lot of hotels but this was one of my best experiences.
