فندق سيء جدا
فندق سيء جدا في التعامل وصلت الساعه 2:45 م وما دخلوني بحجة الغرف مو جاهزه انتظرت الى الساعه 3 وما عطوني المفتاح الا بعدها بعشرين دقيقه طلعت الغرفه تفاجأت انها مو نفس الغرفة اللي حجزتها اتصلت مايردون نزلت الإستقبال وبالقوه أعطوني الغرفه اللي حجزتها
والشنط عشان وصلتني الغرفه اخذو ساعه بالزبط عشان يجيبوها .. المواقف تحت الفندق اذا كانت مليانه يحطو سيارتك في برحة تراب قدام الفندق .. يعني انا استغرب كيف هذا الفندق خمسه نجوم 3 نجوم وكثيرة عليه وغير المشاريع والازعاج حوالين الفندق والاستقبال بطيئين جدا وعشان يجيبو السيارة خلوني انتظر 30 دقيقه .. وكمان بالدور الناسع وطلعلي صرصور بالغرفه 😤

Love the property, bedroom was comfortable, facilities were great and the staff were very helpful.
I wasn’t notified about the construction work/disturbance until I arrived and it was very noisy by the pool and in the evening.

Very noisy. There is an outside sound stage by the pool which plays music until the early hours of the morning and because it is outside the sounds travels to all of the rooms and is very loud. No sound proofing at all and so you also get lots of noise from the corridors from doors shutting (very heavy doors which all slam). There is also construction surrounding the entire hotel. Good luck getting any sleep. Lots of things in the hotel room were broken too, lights which didn’t work etc. staff were a mixed bag with some pretty rude and dismissive.

The property is spacious and has many rooms. Was lucky to have two connected rooms for me and my family.
The staff were working their best to help and find solutions for whatever issues. Appreciate their efforts for working long time with smile.
My gratefulness for Emad at the help-desk who checked us in first day.
The windows were not cleaned at the time we were there. I thought it because rain, however there were many unclean areas too.

Θα έλεγα επίσης ότι το βραδινό φαγητό στον μπουφέ ήταν καλυτερο από το πρωινο..
Πολύ ωραία ήσυχη ανερχόμενη περιοχη..
Θα ξαναρθουμε λογικά..

The staff during the night shift was rude, we arrived at 7am and was told there was no room available for early check in. However Ms Faith, at the reception helped me out by advising what other options I have and also what complimentary item can be given for my wedding anniversary.

Jakość obsługi na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Umożliwili nam wcześniejszy booking oraz changing room by móc się odświeżyć po porannym locie. Bardzo przyjazny klimat lobby i części wspólnych hotelu.
Standard pokoi i czystość nie były na odpowiednim poziomie. Widoczna była pieśń w łazience, a okna bardzo brudne przez co atrakcyjny widok był niemożliwy. Hotel położony około 20 minut od stacji metra, autobusy tylko z przesiadkami i kursują Bardzo rzadko. Brak chodników i infrastruktury wokół hotelu. Dzielnica dopiero w budowie. Zbyt wygórowana cena do standardu hotelu.

Personál bol veľmi milý a ochotný. Izby boli pravidelne upratované a čisté. Raňajky boli super. Lokalita bola veľmi dobrá - dostupné taxíky aj metro. Príjemná obsluha aj pri bazéne.
Mínusom boli dvere - medzi dverami a podlahou bola medzera, cez ktorú bolo počuť všetko na chodbe. Niekedy aj do vedľajšej izby. Uberalo to na pocite pohodlia a súkromia, hlavne večer. Ďalšie mínus bol slabší výber jedál na večeru.
