The location is in a shabby area with garbage bins at the front door. The building smells like smoke. The room smells very bad. Bad plumping or a result of animals pissing in the apartment.

What a fabulous room! We stayed in the Gatsby studio. The work that has been put into every single aspect of this room is exceptional down to the last detail.

There was nothing to dislike other than the towels were quite thin and hard from over use. But that is such a small thing. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to anyone considering booking this place.

The room is amazing. We stayed in the Gatsby suite. So much eye for detail. Everything worked together. Beds are really good. Shower is perfect. Sauna works fine. All in all, a wonderful place

Amazing location, great movie themed rooms, even had a peek at the others for next time.

A 10, because it is a studio in the perfect centre of Dole. Room is a fair size, comfy bed and modern shower. Kitchen has enough to cook if needed. We cycled and bikes safe indoors in entrance hall. Excellent pub downstairs, and clearly a meeting place for the tourists and trendy set, but not noisy.

No problems at all. Check in was easy, room has great view over the square. Fan kept the heat down.

This property is top notch. The location is great - the very center of the city. The arrival was easy, the instructions were detailed and correct. The property is well designed and maintained, very clean, and the amenities are top notch. It has a fully equiped kitchen and a washing machine - we were very thankful for that, being on a cycling tour!

Superb location near to car park, easy check in process.

Stylishly decorated, everything new and clean, every detail thought of (tea towels, extra blankets, netflix, coffee, soap, even toothbrushes) to make you comfortable. Quick replies to questions. Possibility to check in any time using key box.

The sofa bed and pillows were very hard, but we were very happy overall to have 2 beds at this price.

Cute lil place to stay

The position of the place was pretty optimal to reach tourist places and the train station. The staff was always available when having a question and the instructions to find the place were pretty clear.

This room is very close to the centre of Dole. The room is interestingly decorated with a very distinct style

Don't be put off by the entrance, it is shared with other flats and a bit tatty. The free parking is on the road which is busy The pub next door was busy and noisy The road is noisy, but luckily the room was not too hot

A lovely apartment close to the historic centre of Dole. The apartment was very comfortable and very homely with pot plants and amusing wall art. Dole was a revelation to me. I'm ashamed to say I had never heard of it before my visit but it is an absolute gem.

The rooms were well equipped with many nice features. We were impressed with all the small details.

La Fabrique apartment doesn't overlook the historical Place Jules Grevy but it is the largest option and is really well equipped. Compliments to the hosts for the quality of the shower, the Nespresso machine and the awesome fans provided because of the heatwave. Accessing the apartment was particularly easy. Detailed instructions were texted to us in plenty of time, as promised earlier in the day, and there is plenty of parking right outside the building for dropping off the luggage (free for 30 minutes/ 1 euro for 2 hours). Free and safe long term parking can be found just around the roundabout. We loved beautiful Dole itself - plenty to see and do for our stop-over and all within easy walking distance from the apartment.

It is above the Northwich pub and there was plenty of friendly noise until midnight although outside of the heatwave this would be less of an issue, I think, as the windows seem to be well sound-proofed. Not the most attractive common areas/lift access.

the entrance was very dated and smelt of smoke all the time. The room was very warm which made sleeping virtually impossible. Scooters racing around the square like a race track. Cars speeding around with horns blowing and girls screaming.

Spacious, well equipped, contemporary style, newly renovated. Lovely details such as Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine and all you would need for cooking your own meal (which we didn’t). Check-in was contactless but the indications on how to get into the apartment were precise and on time. Same as for check-out. Next time we come to Dole I will certainly consider booking again! I definitely recommend!

Very well equipped apartment. You won't miss anything. Fully equipped kitchenette. Enough power plugs, even USB plugs next to the bed. Thousands of nice little details. Yet you can enjoy music with the sound bar. Excellent for an overnight stay or even longer. Central location with lots of restaurants of all types near by. You can use the public car park in the roundabout or in front of the entrance. We stayed in apartment 225. This apartment should define the standard in the hotel business. Huge shout out to the landlord.
