The owner, Andy, was super helpful right away as he messaged me ahead of time on how to check in and once we arrived he was kind enough to show us around the place and gave us some recommendations of where to eat around town. He was great with communication and let us know that he was available if we needed anything or had any questions.
The actual property itself was really nice too, and matched the name, as it was very cozy and comfortable. Everything was very clean and was easy to use. No complaints at all from us, highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the quaint and inviting atmosphere of this lovely property. The carriage house itself is adorably decorated and impeccably clean. We appreciated the easy access to local restaurants, shops, and the famous Magnolia Market, all while having a quiet retreat to return to. My daughter had an event she attended our first evening so I entertained myself with the Waco picture history books! It was great! We had everything we needed or wanted. The very rainy next day Andy met us with umbrellas which we greatly appreciated. We didn’t get to enjoy the patio due to rain. Such a comfortable place to stay! Thank you!!

It was definitely cozy! Great space, attentive host, perfect little get away spot. It is only accessible by stairs, so make sure you don't keep forgetting things in the car like us! I would absolutely stay again.

The carriage house was perfect for our anniversary weekend. Very clean, had everything we needed. The host lived next door and was great which helped us feel secure. The neighborhood was concerning at first but no one bothered us at all. The other neighbors were friendly. Dogs do bark at night But they only bothered me. Husband slept like a baby. We will plan to stay again.

Property was well equipped, and just as pictured. Possibly the cleanest bathroom in all of Waco. Comfortable and in a quiet part of town. Convenient to Waco's biggest attractions. Andy was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

This was a great VRBO for our Mother/Daughter getaway! The location was perfect for visiting the Magnolia area, the Castle was pretty much right around the corner. Andrew was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Andy was super gracious host and thanks to his buddy Ryan suggestion for dinner was best pizza ever so close to everything and so close to Magnolia Market was a cozy beautiful place to stay we loved the patio enjoyed couple nice cool night will be back for sure

Great property - such a fun experience. Andy is a great host and the treehouse is pretty amazing! Great deck that we used in the evenings for dinner and listening to the great record collection! Super comfortable space that was clean and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again - close to everything we wanted to do and see!

Waco’s BEST!
Absolutely lovely stay at Andy’s space! Private, one-of-a-kind spot with rich wooden details throughout. Quiet, comfortable bed, excellent daylight throughout. Off street parking and a private deck, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. Wonderful host offering guests privacy but quickly available for any needs. Totally recommend this property, it’s also in walking distance of a great local library and juice bar. Perfect for whatever brings you to Waco!

Clean, Cozy- great host
This cozy carriage house is located close to so many attractions but you may just want to stay in. This clean and well stocked space is cozy and rustic. The deck was a fun place to end out days and we loved to listen to a few records before going to bed. So relaxing! Andy so quick to help with anything we needed too.

The space is SO CLEAN, so cozy and so accommodating to anyone who just needs to cuddle in, rest, and have some quiet and totally uninterrupted time together. :) We love it here and will be back to what we now call the "love shack" haha! Can't wait to come back!!!

and drove to Waco on the cusp of an ice storm for my 40th birthday and to celebrate our 17th Valentine's day together...and wow did we love it here. It was FREEZING outside but warm and cozy inside. Andy and Lauren went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and staying warm up here. Every detail was thought of and we felt so relaxed and like the world faded away for a couple days. Andy was quick to respond to questions and even put down sand and chipped away all the ice for use to get up and down the stairs. The space is SO CLEAN, so cozy and so accommodating to anyone who just needs to cuddle in, rest, and have some quiet and totally uninterrupted time together. :) We love it here and will be back to what we now call the "love shack" haha! Can't wait to come back!!!

Perfect!
My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in many different homes, but Andy and Laura's place has been our favorite! Every little detail turns into a new discovery! So clean, So quiet, So comfortable - So Perfect! I have to say the Record player and albums were our favorite! I can't thank Andy and Laura enough for creating such a wonderful attomosphere!! thank you again, we will definitely be back!!
