This is a very nice new hotel with a great location on the water and very nice staff. The restaurant is great and the breakfast was delicious. Rooms were comfortable.

One thing to be aware of is that this hotel basically turns into a nightclub every night and loud music will be pounding until about 1:30am. If your room is near the music, it may be difficult for you to sleep. I feel this should be communicated better prior to booking.

Very nice hotel , everywhere was nice and clean. The staff at reception were lovely and extremely helpful. Only about 10 min taxi from the centrum and reception are always happy to call one for you when needed!

I’ve seldom seen such care and attention to detail from staff. They truly are exemplars of hospitality. Upon handing over my keys to the valet, I did not have to carry my own luggage until my departure. My partner and I were greeted by customer relations upon on entering reception. We were immediately offered a choice of complimentary tea, coffee, or champagne. While we were enjoying our drinks, they gave us a detailed explanation of the resort and it’s facilities. The breakfast selection offered by the on-site restaurant was limited, however all the menu items were on point. On top of their a la carte items, they also served a phenomenal Turkish breakfast. It’s also worth mentioning that their lunch and dinner service was just as good. You could ask a question to any staff member about anything and they would either run off to find the right person to help you with your request or escort you to your destination. I experienced this first hand, when I requested help in finding a beach chair and towels. The resort also has a stage for live performances by DJs and bands. It kind has a night club vibe and the party continues late night.

The beautiful gardens and beachfront were an oasis of tranquility. The gardens were large, cool and comfortable. Most memorable were the extremely helpful, kind and courteous staff who went above and beyond to make our stay so special. A particular shout out to Banu, Burak and Maria. Thank you!

The garden and the spaces are beautiful. The pool is beautiful also. The foot massage at the spa was wonderful and peaceful.

Too much waiting to have only a Turkish coffee…The pool is dirty, it has to be cleaned more often. The room is too small and not luxurious. Not a five stars for sure.

Wow- this place blew us out of the water. We had the most wonderful stay, it is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. The staff were so nice, helpful, and went out of their way for us to have the best experience. They upgraded our rooms, helped decorate for my partner's birthday, and coordinated airport transfers. It was nice to have live entertainment right by our door and be able to have all amenities at our finger tips. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kusadasi and will definitely be staying here again.

Overall, I liked the hotel facilities. Everything is very stylish and new. Starbucks kiosk is a big plus. Breakfast was excellent. Evening music shows were great. There are 2 restaurants on site, Lucky's and Ayvalik Balikcisi. Our favorite was Ayvalik Balikcisi, everything was delicious. Food at Lucky's are average and not worth the price charged for.

Beach is not the cleanest in the region, too many seaweeds. Didn't like the fact that people not staying in the hotel can enter the beach club. On the third day of our stay we were not provided with proper sunbeds (with mattresses) due to overcrowd. Even after my complains that hotel residents should have a priority, the problem was not solved. I was going to downgrade my rating here, however, manager apologized and offered free massage for us. We did not take the massage offer but I considered it as a decent effort. I do not recommend this hotel, if your priority is a beach holiday.

The hotel is quite near Ephesus, so it is a good choice in terms of location if you are visiting the archaeological sites. The hotel restaurant is just next to the seafront and has a good view. It also has a nice swimming pool, though on the day we visited it was too cold to swim. Breakfast is good in terms of food quality, but service was very slow, The restaurant staff were not well trained, and most of the time are day dreaming and ignoring the customers. On the day we check out, the staff (sorry forgot his name, but he is a young chap that speaks good English) that helped with our luggage was extremely helpful. As the hotel room was a bit far from the restaurant and front desk, they have provide a golf cart to transport our luggage. We dropped off our big luggage at the front desk and went for breakfast with our hand carry. After we finished breakfast, we found the young man was waiting for us outside the restaurant , and drove us back to the front desk for checkout. What a pleasant surprise, and have saved us from walking with our hand carries.

The receptionist for checkin has very very bad mannerisms. We arrived the hotel quite late at 10 pm, and I was already very tired, after a long drive. The receptionist has taken forever to find our bookings, check our passports, and then she started a very long briefing about the hotel, totally not understanding that we are all very tired. Also her English was not very good, whIch makes it difficult to understand. The worst was she mixed up our bookings and has put my friend in my room, and me in my friend’s room instead. This has created a lot of inconvenience but we were tired already, and cannot be bothered to change rooms and go through the packing and unpacking again. Also the room that I stayed has a lot of ants, I think there are probably some food stains that were not cleaned properly and I cannot use the table at all during my whole stay. Overall the staff are inexperienced and and not very helpful, except the bellboy that helped with our luggage upon checkout.

Everything was incredible! From the rooms, to the pool, to the experience. Banu was amazing, helpful and went above and beyond from us. She helped us when our door would not lock and did everything she could to make us happy. The reception staff were also amazing and so helpful, as well as the all the remaining staff. We will definitely be coming back again for much longer. Thank you to Banu for making our stay so lovely, we cannot wait to come back again next year.

brand new beautiful modern design. be aware that it is an “event” hotel, meaning they have live music performances throughout the week. the spa and hammam are excellent.

Location and installations are really good. Hotel, the view and the excellent food (breakfast and dinner) are really great.

Only negative is the road and noise coming from there. And you could add you need always a car to get anywhere, as hotel is too far from downtown Kusadasi. But as taxis are cheap that is no problem.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Fabulous views of the ocean from our room and from the breakfast area. Amazing quality food and very experienced staff. All the staff had great English and were very friendly. Luxury modern hotel only 8 minutes taxi to the Marina.

I can not fault this hotel or staff. Only thing I would add is relaxing spa pedicure area in the salon and in the gym area some weights as they only have a couple of cardio machines.

the rooms we very hot. they had to switch me to another room but it still was warm. The small gym they can do with some dusting & maintenance of the equipment I could not get the treadmill to start. most of the yoga mats need replacing. I know they don’t advertise their gym but still it’s part of the property & need to reflect the hotel image

fridge not working and we could not turn off the heating or underfloor heating reception and room service staff didn’t know how to either so we were boiling hot and had to sleep with the door open
