Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de ontbijtzaal over het water. Het ontbijt zelf was overigens ook goed en voldoende gevarieerd.
Kamer ruikt een beetje muf. Misschien tijdens het schoonmaken even laten luchten met het raam open.

Wunderbare Lage direkt an der (Lebensader) Maas. Maritime Einrichtung passt zum Standort. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Parkplätze standen zur Verfügung. Preis-Leistung stimmt.
Warmes Duschwasser kam jeweils erst nach einigen Minuten in uneserer Loge an.

Le personnel est à l'écoute, très serviable, sympa et souriant, aussi bien à la réception qu'au restaurant. Situation de l'hôtel au bord du fleuve, au calme. Une agréable terrasse pour prendre un verre et/ou prendre son repas. La vue depuis la chambre est exceptionnelle. Bonne literie. L'hôtel est très propre. Le parking est de belle taille et gratuit.

Riverside location was nice and I liked watching the cargo boats and cruise ships passing by.
Room was warm, clean, comfy, quiet.
Clean bathroom.

Very friendly and professional staff in hotel and restaurant.
I had to leave at 5 am and kindly reception lady made me a coffee and gave me a croissant because I had long journey ahead and no chance of hotel breakfast. Very good staff, friendly and thoughtful. Evening meal in restaurant was very good.

In verband met een upgrade mocht ik in de Kapitein Suite. Wat een prachtige kamer met fantastisch uitzicht! Heerlijk geslapen en fijne douche (en bad, maar daar geen gebruik van gemaakt) Ontbijt was heel goed, veel keuze en vers.
Onduidelijkheid over een cadeaubon, die uiteindelijk niet ingeleverd mocht worden (de voorwaarden waren echt te onduidelijk en het personeel was niet goed op de hoogte)

Beds were very soft - long overdue replacement of mattresses needed
Breakfast was poor - the cooked food in the warming trays was cold. The trays of cold meats were not replenished very quickly so many people did not have the full choice of other items either. Rather slipshod management of the food area.

The Thai Soup was outstanding! Great views from the restaurant. Plenty of parking.
Single bed duvets seemed too short. Nothing else bad to say.

Staff were all very friendly and food was of a much better standard than expected. We ate in both nights because of that.

I got a suite, a big room with walls covered with windows. Heating was not turned on and a small AC unit (set to 30 degrees) did not manage to heat the room. I informed the reception desk but they did not propose/find any solution. I had around 15-16 degrees celsius in my room.

Excellent location and nice view on the Maas. Delicious breakfast.
Service especially at reception could be better; difficult to get a correct invoice.
