Big room. Was everything I needed in the appartement. Just perfecto.

Balcony was a bit desperate and this is the 3rd year in a row where I booked inter 2 but was sent across to the other apartments again. Very annoying

The rooms were great. Location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and the entertainment was great.

I liked my apartment, it was a nice size and very comfortable. The location was also great. I feel like this could be a lovely place to stay in the right circumstances (explain more below)

I would score the property higher - probably an 8 or 9 - if it wasn’t for a few things. The first thing was that I arrived on Sunday to find reception closed at around 5pm. I had emailed a couple of times prior to my arrival on booking and not had a single response. While there was a number to call in this situation and someone arrived quickly, it wasn’t needed after a long day travelling. Second, the last few nights I was there it coincided with a sports event where thousands of children flocked the city. Unfortunately many of the rooms surrounding me were filled with the children who were loud until the early hours and it seemed no staff were around (or didn’t care) how loud they were. This meant I didn’t get good sleep for a few days. The same children were playing with a bouncy ball in the reception at times and staff said nothing - I almost got hit with the ball several times. Third, the painting of the elevators meant these were out of service for a few days. This unfortunately meant that those on higher floors had no option but to use the stairs. I am unsure why this took more than a day. Lastly, the cleaners were very nice and helpful when I saw them but it didn’t seem like they came everyday. It also seems that my bed sheets were not changed once in my week stay. I was however given new towels every couple of days.
