Very close to the beach. The room was extremely big and comfortable. The sight from the balcony was very beautiful. Good food! Traditional night with sea food was excellent! Very clean!! The room was cleaned every day perfectly!

Wifi very bad connection! Sometimes not Internet connection at all! No parking spot not sunbeds at see. Rude and unwelcoming hotel manager!! Door does not lock automatically and no one told us. Tired stuff.

A family-like place. Efficient professionals and, at the same time, warm, kind people, this can perfectly characterize all the staff. Our room was clean, generous in space and offered a wonderful sea view. The food was the tastiest ever and the coffee-gorgeous. Its position allows you to be on the beach or in the centre of the resort, in no time Lots of happy tourists at the pool, as well, and a nice animation team, for both adults and children. A very nice start for our holiday, in June. One good proof of all these is actually the fact that we have decided to be guests in the same hotel, in August, as well, and enjoy our second stay to the full! 🥰 Thank you, all!

- The "All Inclusive" plan is poor. Not even a basic cocktail (as it used to have on previous stay). Also, You should go to the bar while having your dinner or lunch to ask for a glass of water or cola or beer. There is not even a self service machine to fill up your glass. - Food is just basic and almost same every time.

Our door had an issue. Couldn’t be locked, I have inform the reception, they said that the problem will be solved but nothing happened so we left the door open when we leave to eat or pool. But nothing was stolen so it was ok finally.

The Taxi driver from the hotel to the airport wanted us to pay more (85 Lewa) than the hotel reception told us (65 Lewa) in advance. Be careful and make sure you are going to pay the prize the hotel told you before taking the taxi. It was "Taxi Golden Sands - Zhika"!

The Staff were Guest oriented and focused on quality Service. Manny thanks to Stanislav, Elisa and the Entertainment guys, but olso to the Kitchen Staff!

My room was looking from the begging that was not clean properly, maybe the bed sheets were changed, a lot of long black hair on the carpet, even in the bed and in the bathroom. I‘m working as well in a hotel and for this is no excuse. The smell and the bathroom leaking was also very bad in the both rooms we had. I choose this hotel because I trust the Cleanliness and because I have a child, but I will definitely not come back. The price is fair for what you get, but only if you are lucky to have a clean room. The food and drinks are cheap quality but diverse.
