Staff were absolutely brilliant so helpfull & freindly. Great food

The dinner and breakfast were excellent. the communal spaces are very well presented the staff was friendly and professional. The only downside was the room. It was above the kitchen and there was a fan going all evening and the walls were so thin I could hear people talking until the early hours in the next rooms. I really like the hotel and the hotel group from what I have learned. I would happily pay a little more for a better room if there was better sound insulation and comfort. The earplugs were used which was a saving grace. I would come back for everything apart from the bedroom.

The hotel was generally cold, no heating on apart from in your room. walls were paper thin. no meals provided apart from breakfast which was not worth the price. the leisure facilities were not open.

The staff were super friendly and helpful always with a smile, especially on Christmas Day. Our breakfast meals were amazing and a lovely selection on the buffet.

The room I was in had stains on the Ceiling and the bed was very uncomfortable. The taps didn't work very well and the shower water pressure was terrible. It need updating

The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The place was clean. There was a nice tray with tea and coffee on. The view was nice and scenic.

It was cold in the room would of like a blanket to put on bed. The shower was cold. The bathroom door opened when anyone walked by outside.

Very comfortable beds . The staff were superb , including the manager . They were all very obliging and charming .

Would have been great to have the restaurant open however it was closed for the weekend . Maintainence on the pool meant it wasn't open during our stay .

Sauna and gym were very handy

Bedroom was smelly, wifi did not reach bedroom, walls were apper thin and hotel was very noisy at nights
