We had a brilliant stay at Morris House. The house is extremely spacious with plenty of room for the 9 of us to spread out. Very comfortable beds, we all slept well. The property was very clean. The garden was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out at the table and chairs. The house could do with more plates, mugs and glasses and cutlery as there is really only enough for one meal before you have to run the dishwasher especially when there is a large group of you. We had to buy pint glasses as none were provided. We also didn't realise we needed to bring bathmats, these have been supplied in other places we have stayed. The location of this property is absolutely perfect for Sheringham attractions, we hardly used the car as we could walk to the beach, museum, shops and restaurants. The children loved visiting the arcades and ice cream shops. We cannot wait to come back! It would be good if the check-in and check-out times could be extended. It was pretty miserable arriving in Sheringham at 3.30 in pouring rain after a long journey so we could collect keys before the office shut but not being able to access the accommodation until 5pm. Perhaps a key safe could be considered? The 9am checkout also seems excessive, even in large properties checkout is normally later.

Lovely two weeks in Sheringham again, always a favourite with the grandchildren. Being so near to the town gives them lots of independence to go safely to buy an ice cream. Keys Holiday Lets we’re excellent and helpful, would recommend. Sheringham and the area has lots to offer, sea a bit chilly but great for body boarding. Lovely walks.

It’s so nice to find a property that can house our large family . So having stayed in Morris House last year, this year and booked again for next year says it all.

We all really enjoyed our stay. Most of our family could only manage to stay for a long weekend. A fee only came for a day. My husband and I found ourselves on our own for the last few days. A beautiful house to relax in. The only down for me was a stained mattress protector. I didn’t like coming across that when I stripped the beds. Otherwise no complaints.

Thank you for a magical stay, Morris House exceeded our expectations it was lovely & warm when we arrived & decorated for Christmas we had all the utensils we needed for a large family The location was perfect walking distance to beaches shops restaurants & pubs .The Grandkids said it was a Christmas to remember. The staff at Keys cottages were really helpful & friendly they went above & beyond to help even returning my slow cooker lid that I had left behind & only asking for a donation towards a charity of my choice

The only complaint was radiators were all turned off and the thermostat wasn’t working. The Wi-Fi went down and never came back on which was a nuisance for my daughters using their devices.

Great location to walk into the main town with lots of shops and pubs nearby. Very spacious accomodation and comfy beds / seating in the lounges

Ideal property for a large family group - there were 10 of us ages 4 to 74 - and ideally situated for all amenities especially the beach. Beautifully presented and comfortable. Parking for three was invaluable. They said wifi was poor - and it was! An excellent base for a North Norfolk holiday.

Morris House is a wonderful, spacious house in a perfect location to get down to the beach and into the town. It is well equipped with the basics and they owners also provided some extras such as games and books which was great.

Thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at Morris House. Good location , Good Amenities . Car parking a huge plus. Booked again for next year. Only one complaint.having to wait until 5pm to get in and having to be out by 9am .The cleaners arrived at 8.50 and parked in the drive which put real pressure on us to go. So much so that we forgot to put the dishwasher on before we left.

House was clean inside apart from a few details e.g. cleanliness of oven, but outside needed attention. Grass was cut & hedges trimmed, but windows needed cleaning & area outside conservatory needed thorough sweeping & tidying up. All rubbish bins nearly full, and smelly. Contact with Keys was good throughout the process. Interior of house in good condition, but as stated a few issues with outside space. In addition to points already made for families with young children moving the rotary line & bird table would create a larger lawned play area. Location excellent, close to town, promenade, beach, station, buses, all within easy walking distance. Overall reasonable value for money, but with a few tweaks could be even better.

Superb accommodation for a party of 6 adults and 4 young children. Close to town and beach, 400 yds from fish and chip shop!

It was my husbands 70th birthday and a chose a surprise get together for a weekend. I chose Morris House in Sheringham for the event and it was an excellent choice. The house provided superb accommodation for the eleven of us. It was immaculate, well equipped and very comfortable. Everyone had a great stay and said how good the accommodation was. I would highly recommend Morris House for such an event.

Ideal for our family group

Morris House was our choice for New Year, it was wonderful. 6 bedrooms, for 8 adults, over 3 floors, no worry of not enough room for anyone. The annex had 2 of these bedrooms, and wonderful facilities, so 2 stayed there with a dog, and joined us in the larger house, from breakfast onwards. The dining room in Morris House was generous enough and had seating for the 8 of us at all our meal times. In the lounge there was enough soft comfortable seating for the 8 of us, plus occasional tables for your drinks. As we cooked breakfast every morning, the kitchen was so well equipped even down to a potato peeler.............saucepans galour, plates, cups, glasses everything. Upstairs the first floor had 2 double bedrooms with on-suite, 1 a double bed and the other twin beds. Also on that floor a wonderful large family bathroom/shower room, with a roll top bath. (Only issue found was that the twin bedded room, had no stool to sit on or mirror to sit and dry your hair at). Top floor, 2 more bedrooms, not on-suite, one very large double bed with views of the sea, and at the front of the house had two single beds, along the side of the double room, a toilet and corner bath, no shower. No garden as such if you go with children but enough room to park 3 cars safely behind the gate, and safe and dog friendly. We would not hesitate to book this again, ALL 8 of us loved it and it is right in the centre of Sheringham, on the road parallel to the Clock Tower. Restaurants near by, Stubby's pizza, The Bank - Nepal restaurant, No 10, great take away fish and chip shop. Thankyou, whoever own's it for the use over the New Year.

Very disappointed that bathroom towels were not included considering the pricing of the property especially as they are evident in the property pictures.
