Nothing.
The location is inside residential, at the build. There was family leaving like its apartment. The hotel is hard to find and the hotel was different from pictures and the other hotel with same name.

the location is not safe... a lot of cockroach in the rooms.. TV is not working.. no wifi.. theres a lot of fines like stain in the sheets and walls..

Cheap and room 22 was very quiet with the aircon off. Comfortable bed.
Noisy aircon no food after 8pm and a walk to get some. In a back lane and difficult to find. Sheets were stained (but washed)

The location is near moa like 5 to 10 mins a way ride. The staff is nice and very approachable.

-1 over all. What you see on the pictures is not what you get. "Expect the unexpected"
MR. receptionist be nice to your guests. If you are handing the bills give it in the hand or put it on the table. Don't shoved it. Serving a breakfast. Make it sure its real breakfast not look like a left over food. Clean the whole area. Seeing a cat poo early in the morning is a 🤢🤢🤢 and The guard wear a working clothes not a boxer short. The wifi is so low. The television only one channel. You can heard if someone is using the toilet or flushing the toilet. Be nice to the other staff. Some of them are nice. Except to the guard and one of the receptionist. 😠😠

Very slow wifi. Tv is tiny plus they dos not bother to remove the sticker that comes with the TV.

The hotel is a perfect place to stay due to its location. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The best part also was that the hotel provided a wifi inside the room which enables us to have a good connection. They also arranged taxi for us! We will definitely come back and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The heater in the shower was not working / one the staff cleaner just opened our room while we were sleeping..but our door was locked and has a tag of dont disturb..
