lovely and clean with good facilities

we were on the ground floor and the street lamp and porch lamp shone in the window marking it very light and difficult to sleep. also we were next door to someone’s kitchen and could hear them making cups of tea and talking all through the night.

All facilities were very good. Apartment smelt noticeably clean on entry.

This place was way above and beyond our expectations. Communication was very clear about the property and check in / check out. Facilities were modern, clean and as depicted in the pictures. Our stay we very comfortable and we shall definitely stay in future as well. There was a hand held bidet (Muslim Shower) in the washroom as well 😁.

Everything was very good. No complaints.

The property had a superb number of provisions and facilities, things you wouldn't normally get when staying away, it was nice being so well catered for. Most things were a good size, including the bed, shower and fridge freezer.

The "dining table" was a small, weak looking fold out thing and the "dining chairs" were circular bar stools with no back rest, couple this with the fact there is no sofa or chairs and it made eating a rather uncomfortable experience, we ended up eating sat on the bed. There is an emergency light above the back door with a green LED, a great feature when needed and I appreciate the forethought, but the exceptionally bright LED lit up the bedroom to a considerable degree and made getting to sleep tricky.

The room was very nice, comfortable, clean, it has everything you want. Nice neighborhood with shops, market, close to Ilford station. We didn't stayed much in the room, just for sleep, we left in the morning exploring London and we came back late at night 🙂

Unfortunately the room is no soundproof. And you hear everything from the neighbors, even when they walk. And we had some very noisy neighbors, they didn't respect the quiet hours, music, TV everything so loud till 02:00 AM in the night. We had a hard time to rest. An other inconvenient was a door that is common with the other apartament,and you hear everything through that door. It is closed you can't open it, but there is no sign not to try to open. And the neighbors tried a couple of times to open it, giving us the feeling of no privacy.

The owner was very friendly. Helped with everything. The apartment was very clean and met my expectations. It was exactly how I was promised it to be.

It was very clean. Near to the train station, shops and restaurants. Good communication with the owner.

It has a window and a door to a patio/terrace. The door is translucent and the window does not have a blackout so at 5.30 in the morning the room was so light that it was impossible to sleep. During our stay it was very hot (35 °C) and we ask for a second fan because we were 3 people in the room and we needed a fan to point directly to each bed (2 beds) but the owner kindly said that they only provide one. So too hot in the night and when it was better in the morning then it was to light, either way we couldn't get any sleep.

The security of the property and the location. It is well furnished and suited our purpose. Plenty of cleaning materials were left. It suited us as a family of four but is a bit of a squeeze!

It was not cleaned properly before we came - the previous occupants hair was still attached to the dustpan and brush and was also in the hairdryer container. It would be very helpful to have a full size ironing board.

The apartment was very modern and clean; it lived up to my expectations.

Luxury means “ a state of great comfort or elegance, especially when involving great expense” - which this is definitely not. Difficult to get the key code, then find lock box, then find apartment. Apartment is nice but…. Air freshener over powering. Shower needs fixing keeps droping to 5 foot. But biggest problem… You come to sleep. 2 green emergency lights in apartment too bright. Useless Venetian blinds don’t keep street light out or daylight. Needs good blackout blinds. Couldn’t sleep. Definitely not luxury.

Excellent studio apartment. Superb facilities, very clean. Host was wonderful, very helpful and welcoming.
