O apartamento tem um espaço muito limitado, especialmente o local do banho. O café da manhã também é simples.

I think the only thing I liked about the property was the location and that it was clean hotel.
Rooms are the sizes of matchboxes, walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations from next door at 2am.
When I asked for an upgrade and would happily pay, they claimed they didn’t have but it was available on their website and bookings. I think the staff was not bothered with the process of changing.
If you’re planning to stay just for the location then it’s fine, after a long day of walking around room you kind of want to spread out and relax which was not possible in the way the room was designed. I would also like to comment that the pictures provided on the bookings.com don’t reflect the actual size and look a lot more spacious.

Breakfast wasn’t very good just warm food confusing staff not very helpful and expensive we didn’t have it included only had breakfast on one day € 100 for 4 ppl next door at the cottage had €10 each for everything and croissants were delicious!

Location is very central, right @ altar of the fatherland, less than 10 mins walk to colosseum, trevi and pantheon. the room was clean, bright and modern and the bathroom was very spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. i would definitely recommend.

although I am gold member, I can not get points because I have booked through bookings. when I checked on Hilton website it was much expensive. so looks like you have to pay more to get points.

amazing location and very friendly and helpful staff
for the price, the common areas in the hotel look remarkably bare and a little dated, especially the staircase, lobby and some wobbly tiles in the breakfast area. No restaurant.

Close to Piazza Venezia
The customer service much below the level of 4star hotel. The main PROBLEM is that we went on business trip to visit partners, we paid via business card via Booking and the hotel did not provide any invoice to us. We paid and we get nothing - no recepit/invoice. Nothing. This is not European standard. Clear Tax fraud.

i was expecting more Hilton features- restaurant etc. The room was incredibly small and the shower scary as hell to stand in it was so slippery.

location, clean and safe
The photos that I thought were of the hotel were views from some of the rooms. not mine. misleading. The photos look like a great entrance but it’s a place around the corner. The view from my room was a parking lot and the wall across the street. No heater. The elevator didn’t stop on room floors only on half floors. Not accessible. Don’t go if you have trouble with stairs.

the property was close to everything you “need” to see in Rome. very clean and breakfast was decent.
we had some Sue’s with our shower flooding and despite asking 3 times for them to fix they never did. they brought up towels for us to clean up the mess the leaky shower made about :30 after we called and didn’t even offer to clean it.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel is well located easy walking distance of the Trevi and Pantheon. The cafe was very handy for breakfast with a wide range of options and the coffee was good. The air con in the bedroom was very efficient which was much appreciated as the temperature was 38 degrees. The bathroom was nicely appointed with two levels of lighting. It was good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
The room was a bit small, but the biggest problem was lack of storage only one drawer. Also the open style of wardrobe is not suitable for ladies clothing as the drop is far too short. Bedside tables could have also offered space for all those items you like to keep close at hand. Similarly the bathroom lacked a shelf for toiletries but otherwise was nicely fitted.

The location. Close to the forum, not far from Trevi Fountain and Piazza Venezzia. We had a huge room (may be too much for holidays). The idea of getting the breakfast from the associated Caffe close to the hotel is good. You pay for what you need, and not for a huge buffet that you won't use.
2 minor things .
Lack of light. The room was very dark, even with all lights on. I needed the light from my phone in order to read.
The bathtub and shower were designed in such a way that you always have plenty of water on the floor.
