The beach is fabulous and very nice to have the beach chairs set up every day. The house was perfect t for our group of five senior women. The manager was very responsive when we had a few needed repairs and it was taken care of immediately and cheerfully. Our only criticism would be that the pans and some of the kitchen utensils needed replacing. Instructions on how to operate the tv's was not available. All in all a terrific place to spend the week. No regrets.

We would highly recommend this vacation rental property. Chris with Bluewater Rentals was very responsive to any questions we had and the property was ideal for 5 couples with 5 bedrooms and baths. This is definitely a top property for location, cleanliness and space.

This place is fabulous! So very well stocked! Great location! Plan to use again. There was one negative and that is on 3rd floor there was a very bad moldy smell. They must know it is a problem because there was an air purifier in the closet to use. Gave me a headache. The smell never went away. You could see mold on air vent but hard to believe that is what it came from. I just tried to only go up there for bed. Hopefully they can fix that because we plan on staying again.

This was a great property with a good location! It was very relaxing and really enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by everyday. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything that you would need. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The living room lacked enough seating for everyone, 10 adults ,but we managed with the extra porches to enjoy.

Walking distance to fun eating spots, coffee houses, Alvins Island. Pascalli Kitchen is a must for beignets. The house has spectacular views on every floor. Little pool is a great cool off area. Beach was marvelous. PLENTY of beach toys on side of home, extra lounge chairs, setup of beach chairs is done. Plenty bedding, pillows, amenities in home. Overall great stay.

The host was wonderful to work with and always very responsive he always went out of his way to accomplish anything I asked for thank you very much this house was very spacious and if you like luxury this is your place from location to shops and restaurants and grocery stores house. The house location and private access to the beach. This house has every thing you could ask for all the detail is just wonderful family place to stay and enjoy the beach and surrounding areas thank you to the rental company keep up the good work.

We have never been to MiraMar Beach before and the house was perfect for our family if 10. Loved everything about this property !

Our extended family of 11 stayed at Serenity by the Sea over spring break week this year. It was not our first trip to Florida, but was our first trip to Destin. Out of all of the beach homes we’ve stayed in this one was our favorite. It was very clean, it came stocked better than any of our previous rentals, had plenty of space for 11 of us, and had a great location and beach view. We would definitely recommend this one!

Don’t hesitate..,this was the best house…really clean…terrific location. You will love it !!!

The house was everything just as described. My friends and I had such a wonderful time. The owners started us with all of the toiletries needed and the kitchen was just enough for our daily chef to cook and serve extraordinary meals. The only issue I had was air conditioning.and that was likely user error. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and if I have my way, I’ll/we’ll be back next year!

The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location on the beach was perfect. Love the fact the the house owner paid for beach chairs to be set up daily! We enjoyed all the water and beach accessories stored at the house.

Plenty of room for all of us. Chairs were set up on the beach for us every day. Perfect location. We absolutely loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Chris, the property manager, did a wonderful job of communicating with us whenever we had a question. His responses were VERY timely.. Our only negative comment is that there isn't a lot of "comfy" seating in the main living room, but hey you are ON the beach! The elevator was also nice as we have a child with disabilities.

This house was as beautiful and centrally located as billed. The chairs set up on the beach each morning was a huge plus, as were the nice appliances and well appointed kitchen! Loved our stay.

The property is everything they said it would be! Awesome location, clean, we ate in a lot and there was all the utensils needed for cooking, the elevator was very handy for my older parents and my husband the has muscular dystrophy. Check in and out is very easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a beautiful property that was beautifully maintained and stocked. Our family of 10 loved our stay here. It sits on a private white sands beach with three floors of covered balconies, all with views of the ocean. We can’t wait for a return trip here.

This house couldn't have been better. It was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Looks to have been renovated recently. Enough decor to look beachy but not to get in the way or be kitchy. The best bit was that it was ON THE BEACH. Additionally, there were enough beach toys out back to supply everyone. The splash pool was another nice bonus; kind of a hot tub of sorts. Because of CoVid, we did not eat out one time so everyone was cooking . It has been a long time since I have seen a kitchen so well stocked with pans and serving dishes. Just a great time overall; fabulous accomodation.

We had an amazing family trip. The space accommodated us perfectly. We loved the location. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, we wanted for nothing. We used the BBQ pit, which was very convenient. The splash pool was a nice touch, perfect to cool off in. Chris was super responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend and plan to return.

Communication was quick and very responsive. Everything was perfect! Only thing I could ask for would be for 4 pillows on king bed instead of 2. There was a small issue with the pool upon arrival. Chris responded to my text immediately and had someone out to fix the problem within 20 minutes. So professional and courteous! Thanks!

Great location and the unit was an excellent for our group. Unit manager was very responsive and a couple of minor problems were resolved quickly. Would stay here again!!!

Perfect amount of space for our family, and beautiful ocean views from every level. The beach set up could not be better. 4 chairs and an umbrella ready every morning, literally steps from the back deck. Furnishings and decorations inside the house are beautiful, just as advertised. Master bedroom mattress was firm and slept like a dream (much better than many rental mattresses). Touches like sound machines in guest rooms very appreciated. The splash pool was awesome and a great place to hang and wait out rain showers. Manager Chris very responsive to the tiniest of needs. Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back soon!

Loved being ON the beach!

Great vacation with the family. Tons of room, small private pool, easy beach access, complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, great kitchen and extra kids items for the beach. Walking distance to Pompanos Joe’s and Alvins Island is practically across the street. Great location! We will be back!!

The home is very nice but the layout does not work for 9 adults. An additional bathroom on first floor would really help. There is only one bathroom for up to 6 people sleeping on this floor.

I cannot say enough about this amazing vacation rental! The owners have gone above and beyond to make this the best family vacation we’ve ever had. For starters, the home looks like it is professionally designed and is pretty enough to be in a magazine. Not only is the design gorgeous, but the accommodations are functional and well-thought out. Can’t reach the wine glasses in the top cabinet? No worries, they’ve provided a stepping stool. Want to have a crab boil? There’s a pot and utensils in the pantry. The kitchen is FULLY stocked to the nines. They gave us plenty of trash bags, towels, you name it. The owners aren’t cutting corners anywhere with this property. They even provided Williams & Sonoma essential oil countertop spray that works like a charm and completes the full luxury resort experience. The views from this beach house are absolutely incredible. The location is fabulous and you can easily walk along the beach to Whale’s Tail or Pompano Joe’s for meals. The splash pool on the bottom balcony allowed us to move to the pool when the beach got a little chilly (we stayed at the beginning of March). Unlike other vacation rentals, this house has tons of sand toys, floats, bag chairs, etc. The home comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella that a company sets up every morning on the beach. I texted the owner(or property manager) on the first night at about 8:30 to let him know that I couldn’t figure out how to operate the heater for the splash pool and someone showed up immediately. During our stay he popped in to check the heater and introduced himself while we were in the hot tub. Nicest guy! The next day, two more beach chairs magically appeared for our family. The bedding is perfect and they provided heavier blankets, firmer pillows, etc. to accommodate guests with different sleeping preferences. All of the bedrooms are gorgeous. The kids absolutely loved the bunk room with four beds, a couch, and a tv to play their Xbox at night. The elevator was a lifesaver for the luggage. The push light in the elevator went out, but it was fine because the owners left a cup of extra batteries in the bottom of the kitchen pantry. The owners of this vacation rental have exceeded every expectation and beyond. At this property we felt like we were staying at a family member’s home and they really wanted us to feel welcome and have the best experience. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

The location of this house is excellent. Step out the door and you are on the beautiful white beach. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. And, when needed, the property manager responded to us within an hour. We would stay here again!

My family and I just stayed at this wonderful vacation rental. We have stayed in many beachfront homes and I have never been more impressed. It is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean! Also, I have never been to a rental that was so well stocked. They had soap at every sink, travel shampoo and conditioner, cleaning supplies, a sewing kit, games, books, ports to plug a phone charger in, noise cancelling machines (wave sounds) in all rooms not on the water, beach toys, a flash light, extra batteries, salt and pepper, sugar and so on. There are too many things to list. The location was perfect. No stone left unturned in this amazing rental. Definitely a home away from home!!
