A very large, clean apartment with balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast and buffet dinner were very good. The hotel was only a short walk from the nearest beach and there was a large supermarket a couple of minutes' walk away. We enjoyed exploring the town and its several beaches. The building where the aquarium was located was very interesting and we were sorry we did not have time to visit the aquarium itself. We only spent one night here on a cycle tour of the island but would happily have stayed longer.

The facilities for self-catering were quite limited but not a problem for us as we only stayed one night.

Location is excellent

Quite a few steps with no handrails so as I have reduced mobility I kept having to go the long way round to avoid them.

Super close to the beach (3 minutes walking). Nice and clean apartment with enough space for your things (we traveled with a small baby). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Super various breakfast and dinner (we had half board included) with buffet with so many options!

In my opinion, needs a bit of renovation. In the bathroom, for example, I would change the shower head as the water was coming really bad from it. A pity, since the bathroom was renovated not too long ago.

We had a late flight, so it was really useful to be able to leave our luggage in a storage, and use the pool and showers after being all day at the beach. The apartment was big! It had a lot of storage cupboards in the room and living room, that was pretty handy as we used the living room as another bedroom. Big wide balcony with pool views was very peaceful. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was stunning! Most modern, minimal, clean and big shower. Nice water pressure too. Loved it! We didn’t use the kitchen as we were there only a couple of days. The port is only a 10 min walk away or less, so there are a few nice restaurants. Everyone at the reception was super friendly and helpful. it’s got a nice large pool, and chairs to relax after a long day at the beach, as well as a ping pong table. The breakfast had everything, huge variety of nicely cut fruit, cereals, yogurt, cakes, pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc. amazing!

Nothing bad. Would definitely stay again. Just a few improvements. The aircon wasn’t strong enough. Also it turned off during the night. Tip: all windows should be shut for the aircon to start, if not it won’t turn on. It would be nice if they mentioned that on reception on arrival. The coffee queue in the morning. There was only 1 lovely lady serving coffee, from 4 different automatic machines, behind a counter. It would be more agile if they had other 2 extra machines self service to make it yourself and go. Rather than generating a long queue, that runs across the whole breakfast area where people are preparing their bfast plates.

Easy to park. Spacious apartment - with a full wardrobe and safe in the bedroom. Decent bed and pillows. Bathroom is modern and clean. Great mini club with toys for children and staff there was extremely friendly - wish it would open all day! Easy access to various nice beaches. - either by walk or a short drive. Various options for pools. Our child had a great time.

Great conditions at all levels, very friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast is great. The hotel is very close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Great option for families. Apartment was clean and nice. Lids activities were a massive bonus.

The complex is perfect for families with children. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. You have everything you need. The pools are just perfect, the terrace and the restaurant are nice, the breakfast and the dinner are very diversified with plenty of food and choices for every taste. The staff is super friendly and helpful and smiling all the time.

Buffet at breakfast and dinner, great variety to cater for all needs. staff all friendly and helpful. Pedro in the poolside bar was exceptional in his warmth and customer care.

Equipment provided in the kitchen was very limited if you wanted to cook.

Great location. Supper breakfast. Quiet embargo after 23.00 Friendly and helpful staff. Very family friendly.

Lack of kitchen washimg up materials. Lack of safety grab handles in shower. The hotel does not have car parking, streets around the hotel can become full and there are no near by disabled parking bays.

Nice modern & clean property with a large outdoor pool area. We had a one bedroom apartment suitable for a family of 4 of which seems to be on average bigger than other locations vs. other residence during our stay in Mallorca. Breakfast and dinner buffets are a bit repetitive but with good quality and friendly staff. This aparthotel is 8 minutes walk to secluded beaches. In October, it was easy to park around the hotel free of charge.

The fitness area is outdated and machines in a poor condition. We were disappointed. The jacuzzi (spa area) is small for a large resort. Thus, you need to book in advance that facility to be able to use it.

We got there while off season, so not sure we appreciated this place in full. However very big building with good size apartments and generally large balconies. Location is pretty good and breakfast was nice.

Rooms are a little bit outdated, refreshing some of the rooms is the main suggestion I can share.

Location was superb with just a short walk to the beach, shops and numerous restaurants.

Although bathrooms and bedrooms had been refurbished lounge / diner / kitchen was quite tired looking and a kettle would have been nice. Snack bar was also understaffed and staff were overwhelmed at times, resulting in a long wait for food and drinks.

This was our third stay at Isla Cabrera. It did not quite live to our expectations as we did not get a renovated room (none were available for 3 people when we booked). Entering the apartment the first thing noticable was a greasy, stuffy smell from the ventilator. We asked to replace the filter and found the air improved after that which we much appreciated. Dinner was not as tasty as it used to be (we had half board). The first night there was hardly anything tasty to eat but the second night was luckily a lot better with a good selection of baked broccoli, Brussel sprouts, aubergines and better fish (tilapia). We might still return to a renovated apartment as the beaches are beautiful and we like swimming and running in Colonia de Sant Jordi.

The food at the buffet table should have more flavour so that everything wouldn’t taste the same. The hand sanitizer bottles should be such that would not require touching. Now some bottles did not even work and you only realized it after you tried pumping it. As for the apartment, there should be AC in the bathroom as well.
