Carefully designed tropical architecture provides excellent natural ventilation that allow outside living in all weather conditions. Panoramic windows surrounded by large balconies, fresh ocean breezes and elegant marine atmosphere make this residence one of the most enjoyable experiences of Santa Teresa. For those who prefer, the house is also fully air conditioned.

The main level consists of an open space kitchen, living room, large covered balcony and one of
the master suites with ensuite bathroom.
One level below there is the second master suite with ensuite bathroom, and two additional
guestrooms that share a third bathroom. One room is furnished wit h twin bunk beds, and the second has a king size bed and a single pull-out.

The lowest level, accessed by an outside staircase offers a single bedroom with a private bathroom, perfect for a nanny or an extra guest (only ceiling fan in this bedroom).

The access

Once you arrive to the entrance of mar-A-mar, proceed up the hill. You will arrive at a private parking where you will have to leave your car. The access to the house is permitted only by ATV or walking. We recommend a 4x4 vehicle to access the property as the hill is steep.
The surroundings

CASAZUL is situated in the heart of Santa Teresa Beaches, and only 250m away from the main surf point. It is walking distance from the most popular restaurants, cafés, shops and good supermarkets however the hilltop walk is steep.
