The laundry and breakfast the room we where very clean

it was conveniently located. the rooms were comfortable and clean.

the lighting in the room, including the bathroom was horrible. I could not find decent lighting to put my make up on! Our hand soap was completely empty when we arrived and we had to call to have more brought to our room.

room was hot when we checked in and had not been cleaned. The bed was made but we had to make the pull out bed. There were dirty paper wrappers in the drawer and around the floor. Toilet would not flush. Was able to cool room down to our satisfaction. There needs to be more directional signs to the motel. Rather hard to locate entrance. Convenient location for our event at Plano Event Center. Did notice that some of the bedding is getting a little worn looking and has holes. Love the kitchenette. Receptionist was very friendly. I thought the room would have 2 queen beds but it did work out.

It was everything I wanted, clean, quiet, and close to everything and everywhere.

Staff needs to remember that when they are on the job their cell phones belong put away instead of in use while clients are entering.

The breakfast. The best thing about the breakfast was the breakfast sandwiches, but they only put like two out at a time and no one could figure out how to use the waffle maker. The layout of the breakfast area was confusing in general. Besides the sandwiches and possible waffles , if you can figure it out, there weren’t a lot of other options. I recommend “Poor Richards Cafe”
