Loved being right on the Little River! We stayed in August and the cabin was perfect for 4 adults (my spouse, my parents, and me). This is the cleanest property we have ever experienced. It has a well equipped kitchen, the beds are very comfortable, and there was plenty of seating for all of us both inside and out on the porch overlooking the river. The directions to the cabin were spot on and Richard checked in with us the first morning to make sure everything was as we expected. Check out instructions were simple and not excessive like some places we've stayed, which we appreciated since we left before 7 a.m. If I could buy this cabin, I would. Thank you Richard, we had a great vacation!

Overall we were so excited when we pulled up and saw that we had a view of the river and river access. So many things to do without even getting in your car, lots of great

If you love to sit by a beautiful river on your own private river access landing AND want a totally updated beautiful cabin AND want to be close to the Smokey Mountain Park, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Fork this cabin has everything you need. One thousand stars!

Our cabin was spacious, cozy, and lovely, and equipped with everything you could possibly need! I especially loved how CLEAN both the cabin and jacuzzi were! The river and surrounding nature is so peaceful and good for the soul, and the owner is kind. Can't wait to go back!

Just stop looking and book this cabin! It was the perfect location.just minutes from the National Park and right on a river. Just gorgeous. The cabin was clean, updated and the hot tub was a nice touch. The host was very friendly and available if needed. You won’t be disappointed. If we come back to Townsend, we will definitely stay here.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Little river cabin. The inside of the cabin was beautiful and clean. The hot tub on the deck, was an added bonus, a great place to relax at night under the stars. Fishing in the Smokey’s and the Little River was a great experience. Thank you!

We wanted a relaxing weekend with a nice fire and a hot tub and that’s exactly what we had. Mr. Carnes was very attentive and communicative before check in to make sure we had what we needed. The cabin was stocked with essentials (towels, pots and pans, utensils, etc). Very clean, comfortable and cozy too! Great cabin and great town!!!

This cabin was so cute. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed ourselves. Definitely recommend for a weekend getaway! Loved the fireplace and hot tub !!! And the host was very helpful and answered all questions. This was definitely the perfect place to bring in the New Year! I will be back !!

This was an absolutely beautiful cabin- so comfortable and peaceful. The front yard is directly on the river! What an amazing view you continually have! Truly a sanctuary. We all felt so strengthened and refreshed after staying here. We are definitely coming back. Richard was excellent and so helpful and friendly. and we enjoyed working with him. He really went out of his way to help us. Wonderful vacation and time of rest!

We enjoyed our stay by the creek. Had fun playing football where it was flat behind the cabin. The cabin was clean & the towels were actually soft for once. The beds were comfortable which helped being away from home. Only downfall was no point table, but the hot tub was nice and clean. We’ll look at staying again.

This place was very nice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the cabin. It was in a quiet neighborhood and The Little Pigeon River was right across the road from the cabin. Richard Carnes was extremely helpful and if we needed anything we could call him. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great 4 night stay , festival and other entertainment locally . Dinner at Bistro a must.
Not sure why we were required a 4 night stay when cabins not full, web sites says 3 night stay as a minimum.
