This house far exceeded our expectations! It is incredibly beautiful. The kitchen was functional, the showers were good, and the beds were comfortable. My entire extended family loved this place. We highly recommend staying here!

The house was in a great location. And we had plenty of room for all 9 women because we rented the carriage house as well. Communication with rental company was spot on and timely. They also provided good tips for accessing the home, the garages and the pool. Would definitely recommend!!

I am a local, and booked this property for a group of first time Savannah visitors. The house was beautiful and had perfect Savannah style decor! The carriage home was perfect for the bride, and the court yard was perfect for everyone gathering! I will book this for a group again!

Awesome location and garage parking. The property managers were nice and quick to communicate and said they would address issues before the next guest. So, before you book maybe ask a few questions about... Maintenance: the fridge handles were falling off; dining table had a mean tilt, so watch your drinks; upstairs windows of foyer need replaced (drafty upstairs overall); loose spindles going up stairs outside to the apartment, so don't let the kids use them for support; many of the blinds have adjustment issues; and when the people at the house next door would smoke pot and cigarettes it would come into our house when the HVAC was cycling. Cleaning: light switches were gross with caked-on gunk, and high-touch areas like chairs and handles were definitely not cleaned; dirty dishes in the cabinets. Our week-long stay allowed us to find more issues than the average guest. It was a pleasant stay and I hope it will be even better for the next group.
