this hotel is not applicable to be in booking. it see the management of the hotel do not care about taking care of the hotel since there is a big demand for hotels in the area. I was in a room with light not working. I made a request in the morning to fix the light I arrived at night with same problem. I asked to be fixed they did not do any thing. they show up next day and they play with it and told me it was fixed. they did not fix it to reminder of my booking. then same day there was a busted pipe in my room. they came the next day to fix it. the carpet in the room was wet and the place was dirty they did not bother to dry the carpet and clean the room after they finish plumbing. they did not paint the wall where the pipe was busted. I had to request cleaning and dry the carpet. they clean but did not dry the carpet. I did not bother asking any more and decided to finish my stay without losing my cool. this is the second time I face the same king of maintenance issues. last time the TV was not working and they never bother replacing the TV.

The location is really nice, near by shop, restaurants and metro station.

The swimming pool doesn't work. In my room was smell of paint and I asked to change it. Air conditioner is weak. On non-smoke levels is smell of cigarettes. Room access cards very often doesn't works and you need to go to reception.
