location is good.
AC was broken, cockroaches in the rooms, water in bathroom ran brown, not much kitchen to use.
My friends and I weren’t looking for anything fancy, just a place to sleep at night. It was so uncomfortable and hot in the rooms that we barely got any sleep. wouldn’t recommend staying here

Very dirty, there was even mold on the pillows.
Very noisy.
Bedsheets are very bad quality.

Some of the facilities need some minor maintenances, but not a deal breaker at all

I’ve been hostel hopping so I liked the privacy
it was very old. it rained one afternoon and the ceiling kept going up. I worried the roof was going to fly off because I could see it flip up everytime the wind blew

The location is perfect, everything is so close.
When people are speaking in the hallway very late at night you can hear everything they are speaking about. There should be a quiet time rule.

It had air conditioning and hot water, which is very hard to find for this price in the island. I liked that the rooms were equipped with everything you needed to stay. You could easily stay there for a week.
You could always hear the people in the hallway talking, which was a little bit annoying if you felt like taking a break and relaxing. After a long vacation relaxing in your room is very important.

Some guests made a lot of noise in the corridors. It would be good if the managers would take measures to avoid excessive noise in the corridors.

The location is great and so in the price, the room was clean and the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful.
The water in the shower took very long to drain, the light in the kitchen was flickering and the kitchen needs some new equipment.
