Prácticamente todo. Solo le pongo un pero y eso es que no conseguimos hacer funcionar la smart tv con Netflix, es una pequeñísima pega porque por todo lo demás PENSIÓN DE CATEGORÍA, súper moderno, limpio, cuidado al detalle, bien decorado, espacioso, el balconcito que teníamos era súper coqueto… volveré sin duda cuando vaya a Bilbao y se lo recomendaré a todo aquel que vaya. Pd: se portaron súper bien a la hora de resolver un pequeño problema. Colaboran con el bar restaurante La Olla en la plaza nueva y nos trataron genial allí, recomiendo el alojamiento y el bar de pintxos.

Pas de p'tit déj mais cafetière dans la chambre. À 2 pas du centre, confortable et sans bruit. Accueil très agréable. Allant 3 fois par an à Bilbao je ne descendrai plus que dans cette pension. Un merci tout particulier à la jeune fille qui nous a accueilli et au charmant garçon qui nous a remis nos bagages. C'est un sans faute, bravo !

Fantastic location.super clean and modern room, very quiet. Patty at reception was very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay. Lots of eating places nearby. I could walk everywhere from here.

La ubicacion es perfecta a 2 min de la catedral y de toda la zona de pinchos. La habitación es muy cómoda. Me volveria alojar aqui.

Over priced, small rooms, pointless balconies, towel hangers fell off constantly, TV satellite didn’t work and wasn’t fixed as requested

Todo en general, la cama grande y la almohada era comodisima, además de la ubicación al lado del transporte público y zona de bares y restaurantes. Y por supuesto nada de ruido por la noche, fundamental para el descanso. Sin dudarlo volvería a elegir este alojamiento 😁

Great central location. It felt very safe and secure. Gentleman on Reception was very helpful and knowledgeable.

宿泊前からチェックインについての詳細な情報が貰え、不安がなかった。実際、チェックインもスムーズでわかりやすかった。部屋はとても居心地よく、インテリアはおしゃれで使いやすかった。宿泊中、特に困ることはなかった。街の中心地の、大聖堂に近い風情のある地域にあり、買い物や食事に便利で、散歩も楽しかった。コストパフォーマンスがとてもよいと感じた。期待以上の宿泊施設だった。

Great location for the old town

No parking nearby and 10 minute walk away and expensive, It is noisy at night being close to the old town and there doesn't seem to be much sound proofing in the rooms, The water pump makes a strange noise every now and then

Our room was close to many places to eat; the room was nicely decorated and the aircon was good to have. It is quite close to the river and multiple transport routes. It was lovely to walk along the river to the Guggenheim Museum.

Our room was on the small side and window opened onto some form of internal area we couldn't see into. A very small entrance way meaning we had to stand on the street as others were booking in - thankfully it wasn't raining! If it is, be sure to have a coat and/or umbrella!

Beautifully decorated and modern apartment the name “Pension” is misleading its really like a boutique hotel Staff were very helpful and accomodating-thank you Alberto

The room had a magnificent bath that I couldn’t use as the plug was broken sadly
