I enjoyed the location that area isn’t super super busy so that is always a plus

Close to Knoxville, mostly clean, agent was very responsive to our questions. It was very hot in Knoxville and the air conditioning was great. Washer and dryer were on site and worked very well. Bed was super comfy.

This apartment could use a little TLC, Lawn was overgrown and walkway needs to be cleaned up. Stairway and porch were messy and needed to be swept. Some basic kitchen essentials would have been nice (measuring cups/spoons, bakeware - such as a cookie sheet, foil and plastic wrap, etc.) I found dirty dishes in the cupboard. There is very limited storage for groceries except for the fridge. I thought the non-refundable pet deposit was too expensive at $150. Neighborhood is not great, either. I would not stay here again.

The beds were comfortable.

There was no breakfast. There was evidence that the previous guests had smoked. We were able to use the scented candles that were left to clear the odor. Towels were very ratty and they had holes. The sheets in the front room had holes. It was cold at night and we had to bring extra down blankets from our house. The bathroom bathtub handle was not screwed on and came off along with lack of hot water for showers.

The appartment was big enough to accomodate 4 people appropiately, and in general terms it had all needed for a short stay. There was a washer and dryer unit for use, as well as a coffe maker with coffe and filters, as well as some basic dishes and pots. Check in was very easy. The deposit was fully refunded in less than a week.

I did not expect much for the price, but still it was dissapointing. The appartment was in very poor conditions, and it needs more attention and care for renting, particularly for families. Honestly the $75 non refundable cleaning fee is a waste of money. The bathroom courtain was terribly stained (or covered with fungus) and was really disgusting. The shower faucet handle fell off frequently. The cleaning of the apartment was very superficial: look like clean at a glance, but when moving cushions in the sofa there was pet hair everywhere. The bedsheets were not clean (they seemed previously used). We found bedsheets in the washing machine which may indicate there was intention of replacing them but they never did. Pillows were really old and stained. towels were also old and we honestly decided to washed them before use, some of them were even broken. The WiFi did not work at all (no a single day and we stayed for 4 days). I contacted the owners the day of our arrival but it seems they were not sure about the name of the WiFi network or how to make it work. The person renting downstairs (who was using the same internet) knocked our door and indicated that the internet was not working even before we came (several days before our arrival) and that the solutions provided for the owner so far did not work at all. We tried reseting the modem with no success. I do not recommend this place, in its current conditions, for family accomodation.
