Quiet hallways at night and early morning. Comfortable and clean rooms. Room service - glad it is available, friendly and professional staff.

Clean property, pool Was nice and walking distance to many restaurants. You will need to pay 15$ for parking.

When ordering room service, make sure you know that a 20% gratuity is added automatically. The staff will bring you a receipt to fill out and a space for a tip is on there. Make sure you don’t add another tip. I made that mistake and they gladly took the tip.

I liked the location and the breakfast buffet. The little shop in the lobby was a bonus.

There was no valet, no luggage rack handy when I arrived. I had to leave my children in the car to go inside to ask for luggage cart. The parking was wonky .

breakfast was mediocre. short supply of hand towels. Not everyone in my family who booked rooms were afforded breakfast. At $300.00 night for a room they felt they should have been allowed to have breakfast.

Our first time at a crown plaza hotel. Absolutely Wonderful! Rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean. Location excellent to Market Square, Gay street etc.

Room location was awesome on 11th floor with great views. Doors slamming was awful. Too bad people don’t know how to quietly close a door! Room was awesome and bedding awesome; however, a small sofa would have been better than a chair.

Doors slamming on hallway. Maybe a soft close door in next renovation. Also, small sofa so we can both sit comfortably without one having to sit on bed.

the room was very nice and clean the only thing that we thought needs improvement the food on the breakfast buffet was cold eggs meats etc
