Location was great and no road noise.

With the renovations there is less sound absorption from the rooms above. Take an upper room if you need it a bit quieter.

Don't let the first impression fool you! Travelled with our whole family, including 2 big teenagers. Booked 2 rooms. Hotel kindly upgraded our rooms, which was unexpected. The rooms were much nicer than I expected. It is an older hotel but obviously the current owners care about it and the rooms are in good condition. Our stay was quiet. There is a balcony on our room. Internet is exceptional, each room has it's own Wifi! The building seems to actually be made of logs, which makes it seem strudy and our stay was very quiet.

The staff, Michael was very friendly and kind. The room though older style was fantastic. The bed was good also. We enjoyed out one night stay and would a future preference for our net stay. Nice hotel.

.Perfect location for a quiet overnight stay. Free parking on site. Host arrived promptly to give us the key as we arrived late evening. Room, bathroom, bedding very clean. Nice soap. Appreciated the ceiling fan and a/c.

There was a slight cat odour in the room which was unfortunate as we didn't open the windows due to wildfire smoke. A/c and ceiling fan helped a bit.
