The TV satellite connection was terrible at not usable for 2 days of the stay !

Room stunk, stains on the sheets and dried … puke on the floor between our bed and night stand. They had an air freshener plugged in … so they obviously knew it wasn’t ok

Room was clean, not enough pillows provided, front desk clerk was rude and clueless

The property could use some care. The breakfast was fine. I think some women at the desk would help. The evening clerk was not very friendly. There wasn’t a shower curtain so we did get help with that. The room and bed were fine. We did use the hot tub and pool.

We were greeted by a cockroach at the door to our room. The management was obstinate in acknowledging that the condition was unacceptable, could not provide alternate suitable accommodations, and was generally unhelpful in cancelling our sub-par accommodations when requested.
If you have to stay in Merrit, I recommend staying elsewhere.

Cobwebs in the bath room toilet kept running took the lid off was all black behind the toilet under the sink had not been cleaned for ever dropped a towel when i pulled it out was broken glass and looked like some drug tools...beds were clean staff was very nice and breakfast was good

At 9 p.m. I tried six times to confirm my check in time before anyone picked up the phone. Desk guy on his private call instead. We had travelled a long way with horses, so I wanted to confirm the 11 p.m. check in time advertised.
Light bulb out in room. No service done in the room in three days: beds not made, garbage not removed, no change of towels. Good beds, good A.C., good refrigerator.
Landscaping is weedy; lazy service.

Exactly what our family needed travelling through on a hot day. The suite was spacious, the pool was refreshing, and the next door sushi restaurant was delicious. Above expectations, great value!

Stayed with our dog. Great location. Easy walk to nearby trails for her. Great sushi / Japanese restaurant next door which was excellent. Lots of parking. Quiet and clean. Excellent breakfast service at the self serve breakfast area.

The building is in a really good location for travellers as it is right off the highway. The beds and pillows were VERY COMFORTABLE. Room was a little dated, but pretty quiet despite being on the 1st floor. Could hear some creaky floors above us, but we coukd not hear our neighbours beside us. Only recomendation would to have some sort of drop box after the office is closed, we left early and had no where to put the cards, so we just left them in the room.

Not a bad property, seemed to be a converted motel and less like an Inn. The room was clean and the bathroom was tidy. Tried to use the vending machine to get a bottle of water and it was not working. When I went to the front desk to get my money back from the reception person they seem to be quite bothered by the fact that I was there and very hesitantly got up and went and got me my change back. They then informed me that the machine was out of order.. I realize that the macines may not be theirs, but maybe sign to notify you that is not working would have helped.

The whole place smelled bad. We had a non-smoking room but we still smell smoke in the room. The carpet looked very old and dirty and smelled of pee.

A relatively clean hotel but the bathroom could use some extra cleaning and updates on the towels as they are pretty old and rough. Pool wasn’t as nice as the pictures seem but the gym was well equipped and clean.

I I feel like a prisoner. I don’t have a window to the outside! The sink is cracked so bad I won’t let my husband shave. And reception was just plain rude.
The room smells like commercial perfume and I can’t air it out.
Outside maintenance is lacking.
They have my money so I am staying. But I sure don’t be back.

The check-in was very smooth and at the breakfast they constantly ensured that all stations were refreshed with ample food/liquid.

The property is a bit older, but clean. We had a good rest, it was quiet. I like that they have added a hallway along the length of the motel, so that your door opens into the hallway rather than outside. This is nice not only for rain and wind, but also helps keep the temperature in the rooms more comfortable.

Convenient to the hospital. Breakfast included. Shower leaked entire time there. Broken office chair. I almost fell on the floor. Lounge chair terribly had cracked upholstery. Didn't like waking up flight of stairs with luggage and belongings. Thought was getting a room on opposite side of parking lot as appeared different than one stayed in a few weeks earlier. Thought I would upgrade, unfortunately was in same old area only 2 doors down from other room.

This property is on the dated side but has been well kept. Room was spacious, good wifi and clean. Decent breakfast with egg omelets, sausage, cereals, toast, etc. No traffic noise, easy walk in residential area.

The room was OK. Very old, carpet was worn and old. The walls are plaster and painted over without care. Bathroom fixtures are old. It was clean and the beds comfortable. Desk clerks were friendly.

rooms very nice, cozy and quiet and clean. grounds need a lot of work, mega weeds unkept. pool cold, hot tub good except that the scum around the tub was disgustingly dirty.

Nice place for a stopover on the way to Alberta. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Better breakfast options than many places. Excellent price compared to similar hotels in Kamloops. Well worth the little bit of extra driving.
