The Location Friendly and Good staff Safety

While I initially appreciated the convenient location within walking distance of everything, I have come to realize that the negative reviews were surprisingly accurate. My stay at this hotel has left me with regrets, and I believe that the rating of three stars does not accurately reflect the quality of this establishment.

I was assigned to a corner room on the ground floor (Room 110) , and unfortunately, it had a strong, unpleasant odor, which I suspect was due to its proximity to a garbage area. To make matters worse, there were flies inside the room and a maggots in the bathroom. I was terrified. Despite my initial discomfort, I decided to stay for the first night since I had paid a significant amount for the room. However, this has been the most disappointing hotel experience I've ever had. I've learned my lesson and will rely on reviews in the future. The noise levels at night were also quite bothersome. I could hear loud banging noises outside, and the footsteps from upstairs were clearly audible. Regrettably, I feel that I wasted my money on this stay.

I like the location because it’s near to Universal Studios Hollywood. The pool was open very late and they cleaned my room.

My room looks a little old, they don’t have breakfast.

Very old, low maintenance, family can't stay. I left immediately and lost my first night booking amount. Needed to reebok another hotel with so much $ loss in this hotel

Absolutely awful. No parking spaces, staff was rude, it was in a sketchy area and overpriced. My family and I didn’t even stay the night and had to go to a different hotel.

the location was horrible, they are doing open and unsafe repairs all around the building, electrical wires exposed, dirty water around the premises, and floor boards with rusty nails hanging out of them. Also they start contsruction outside of the rooms at 7:30 am with no respect for patrons sleeping.

It got the job done for me but if I was someone on vacation I would most likely be disappointed. They had a fridge and a microwave which I loved.

They are remodeling so the noise was annoying but it’s good to know they are upgrading. The water was only hot at random times so when it was hot that was our opportunity to take a shower. The room maids didn’t read the do not disturb sign and walked in on me multiple times (almost everyday for the 6 day stay)

Nothing about this hotel is likable!

No hot water, broken appliances, loud construction noise at 5 am, not to forget about how rude the staff was when I requested something be done about such conditions.

Staff was very rude rushed menoff property as I was trying to pay for another day and threatened to call police on me I would not recommend this property to anyone ever!!!!!

I was on the first floor, the travelers upstairs were loud and disrespectful. Almost to the point of “call the police!”. But, I believe it to be an isolated incident; my second night was peaceful. Thank you H-Wood!

The entire building is under construction - I wouldn’t have booked if I new that during my vacation it would feel like I live in a construction building. Reception staff were also not great at their post. Cleaning ladies and the “handy” man of the hotel were the only positive vibe in this hotel.
