Very clean on arrival. Nice touches like water and snacks. The owner was great checking in on us via the app. The check in was great with thorough photos and instructions. Nice area for cafes and evening pizza restaurant. Free parking in a safe and nice area. Very close to train station.

Equipped well enough for a few nights stay, close to amenities and travel link. Garden was a huge bonus and we enjoyed a meal and drinks sat there in the sun.

Found use toilteries and a dirty razor in the bathroom, half eaten food in the fridge. Reported to owner who didn't care and who said I should have taken photos (I'd sent her them days before).

The flat was lovely, it was nice and clean plus the little garden was nice to sit in. They had anything you needed to make your stay more comfortable, eg shampoo, conditioner, towels, Bottle water et. I would definitely stay there again

The mattress was too hard for me to get a comfortable sleep on but that's a personal preference there is nothing they can do about that.

Quiet neighbourhood , very well connected to the city centre with tube or train. We also cycled to the city centre with Lime Bikes . We really appreciated the patio outside for our breakfasts during sunny days.

Maybe the bedroom is a bit tiny, but considering you are in London this is pretty standard .

We loved the homely feel of the place. There was an amazing kitchenette with a stove, oven, sink and washing machine. We didn’t spend much time outside but there’s a cute outdoor area with a coal BBQ. The bed was very comfy and was clean. We had plenty of extra blankets and a heater for when it got cold. The bathroom was awesome too. The shower was huge and the water pressure was 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 We used the Honor Oak train station, Sainsbury and Fish And Chips nearby. All really great 😊

Although it got there eventually, the internet was a bit slow.

Very easy to find. Parking 1 minute away in a side road, quiet at night, very clean, small pretty garden area, kitchen area, snacks left, toiletries, towels, everything you need for a good stay.

The fridge/freezer is in the bedroom area so when it clicks on/off it may keep you awake if you’re a light sleeper like I am.

Clean and comfortable. Host made sure we were ok and reached out, also went above and beyond by getting a birthday card, candle, chocolates etc for the missus. Close to station and shops which was a huge bonus

I went here for my anniversary and the host kindly organised prosecco, flowers and romantic music and candles on our arrival. 10/10 can recommend

Location was perfect especially for my particular needs. Facilities were very good especially the shower which was exceptional. Restaurants and shops within walking distance and train station just a stone throw away so everything was convenient. Was really really pleased with the property and the overall experience. Can't find any fault and would certainly stay there again.

Actually finding the place was tricky and then locating the key was equally as tricky especially having arrived at night with a 4yr old in tow. Box where key is placed could be labelled.

Nice area, have everything you need

The flat was ideal for our purposes and the price was good. Access and parking straightforward. The landlord made contact and was helpful.

It was a bit short on plates, bowls and cutlery.

The location was very nice. The place is very comfortable, and good spot for two people.

It was all good - nice spot and great value for kiney.
