Gorgeous island home with all the amenities. The pool and Tiki Hut were our favorite areas of the home. Our host was amazing, she made sure we checked in ok even though she had an emergency going on her self. If that doesn’t say top notch customer service! It’s just a short walk to the beach if you choose to walk or you can drive and park. The beach was gorgeous and not crowded as we were there in off season. We will be back for another stay!!!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked! The host was quick to respond to our few questions. The check-in details were timely, clear, and automatic just before our arrival date. The location is excellent; shopping and beach are conveniently close, and the neighborhood is family friendly. Marathon itself was also a great location to stay in, or take advantage of its Keys-central-chain location for visiting multiple islands. Our group of 10 ranged from 11-63 in age; the home had games, TV/internet access, beach and pool items, and plenty of space (quiet or group) for everyone. We highly recommend this house!!

We had a fantastic time and the house had everything we needed and more! We are so sad that our vacation is over. We appreciate all the little details such as the toiletries, laundry supplies, all the kitchen necessities, spices, the abundance of towels, etc. The outdoor area was absolutely fabulous as well and the location to everything was fantastic!

We had a great stay at this property. House was clean and spacious. Outdoor area was ideal for hanging out by pool. Location of property to stores and beach was very convenient. Privacy of outdoor space was very nice. Only negative comment steps to pool area were hard to traverse getting in and out of the house due to lack of landing at top of steps.

My family, very much, enjoyed our week at this house. We have four kids: 11, 8, 5, and 3. Everyone had their own space, and all slept well. The house was very comfortable and clean! We especially enjoyed the tiki hut. My kids watched YouTube in the tiki hut during breakfast, and my wife and I spent time there every night. The kids loved swimming in the pool every afternoon after returning from the beach. The kitchen is well equipped, and we cooked several meals at home. The house is located close enough to the beach to walk (5-10min). We utilized the beach wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas. There are also more than enough, high quality, beach towels and bath towels in the house. We almost exclusively stay in rental houses when we travel with the family. This is the first house that has had toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent and washer machine tabs. Thanks for that! The toothbrushes were also a very nice touch. We love Marathon and the Keys, and try to make it every year. We spent a day in Key West. We visited both Bahia Honda and Sombrero beaches. Bahia Honda exceeded expectations! (Get there early). The kids also enjoyed the new playground at Rotary Park. Our favorite restaurants are Keys Fisheries and Island Fish Company. Sweet Savanahs and Conch Custard are both very good ice cream spots. We wanted to book this same house for two weeks next February, but it was already booked by someone else! If it’s available in the future, we would absolutely stay here again. Overall, and awesome trip to the keys, and a very comfortable home base at this house.

The house had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 week stay. The weather was incredible and the beach wasn't far away. The only flaw was 2 mattresses that should be replaced but other than that the house was perfect.

The house was just as picture, had everything we needed, and was just right for our family vacation. Sombrero Beach was a short walk away, and it felt great to jump in the pool at the end of the day. Neighborhood was peaceful, and restaurants & grocery stores were a short drive away. The host was always quick to respond to any questions. We’d love to stay again!

The house we rented in Marathon was truly an oasis. The house was spotless when we moved in. There was plenty of storage everywhere, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, and cutlery. The attention to detail was appreciated - chargin station for cell phones, large ice maker out back (great for daiquiri's!), grill, and a tiki hut with lights, fan, and a big screen tv. It was heaven!

Winter getaway!!! This home was better than we expected by far. Everything about the home was top notch. Very much enjoyed the outside with the pool and tiki hut along with the neighborhood, which was great for taking walks down to Sombrero Beach. We would definitely rent again!!!

We cooked and enjoyed the local beaches and house pool and deck area. Great sleeping arrangements and wonderful host. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was walkable, the pool and outdoor area were private and comfortable, and there was TONS of storage space. The house was very clean and modern. It really helped to have the washer/dryer too! The location in the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but the grocery stores and other shops were only a 5 minute drive. Also the location is great in the Keys. We visited Bahia Honda, Big Pine Key, Islamorada and Key West. Thanks for opening your house to us. We really enjoyed it.

We had a great week! The home had everything we needed- beach towels, pool chairs and toys, a stocked kitchen. The pool and outdoor area were wonderful. Quiet neighborhood for walks. Convenient location!

The Cozy- Modern house turned out to be very modern, clean and in a great location. The owner responded to my questions in a timely manner. We liked the outdoor space and pool. They had a few extra amenities, like the beach wagon that was useful and adequate towels along with a few beach towels. The 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the house were useful. Our family had a great week with beautiful weather. We would rent the house again.

Overall a good spot to explore the keys. Situated in the middle allowed access to key west, isla Morada and more. There were a couple hiccups at the house (toilet in master didn’t flush well) but it met our needs well. We enjoyed having a pool and patio…but the big win was the close walk to the beach.

Beautiful home, great neighborhood/location. Would love to stay again!
