I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was amazing! From the start, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The beach here is perfect—clean, beautiful, and just what you want for a relaxing day by the water. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The service was top-notch. A special thanks to George Bastras and George Sarikoc, who were always friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. A huge thank you to the manager, Elena Liampoty. You can tell she works hard to keep everything running smoothly. She made our stay truly special. Overall, this hotel has a fantastic beach, clean rooms, and great service. I highly recommend it for a high-end vacation!

Not very much breakfast was ok.

Location was terrible very little to do and outside the resort derelict building and waste land, no where to go outside resort and little to do in it.

The location of the hotel right on the beach is very convenient as the sea is very accessible. Also good restaurants are just a few min walk as well as a big supermarket.

Floor, elevator and public areas are not clean Breakfast is moderate at best. Uncooked pancakes and eggs, not that rich and good at mid level quality There are too few beds around the pool They ignored our repeated requests ahead of time and they didn’t even check the details we asked them for

ריזורט נעים ומפנק. חוף ים נהדר. בריכה מפנקת ויחידות ג׳קוזי על הגג. ארוחת בוקר מפנקת.

חדרים קטנים מאד. אין מקום לכלום חוץ מהמיטה. הצוות לא עמד בעומס המבקרים והגיעו לסדר את בחדרים בשעות המנוחה. יש חניון סמוך בחינם. יש מסעדות חביבות על הטיילת.

La proximité avec la plage (plage privée dans un sens) et la piscine qui est très agréable. La chambre était grande et spacieuse et nous avons été sur-classé donc nous avions une mini-suite. La literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est un grand buffet et il est bon avec pas mal de choix différents.

La chambre semblait propre au premier coup d’oeil mais beaucoup de poussière et saleté dans la penderie (qui est ouverte), la douche avait pas mal de moisissure + la porte de cette dernière se fermait/ouvrait très mal. Les odeurs dégoût émanant de la salle de bain. Le mini-bar était vide. Nous avons été réveillées vers 7h30/8h par quelqu’un du personnel qui essayait de rentrer + tapait à la porte… pour qu’au final il se soit tromper de chambre. Nous disposions d’une grande terrasse cependant la vue laisse vraiment à désirer… vue sur des bâtiments morts, abandonnés. De plus gros point très compliqué : l’isolation… qui n’existe clairement pas. Nous avons dormi avec le bruit des aboiements de chien, des gens qui parlaient en bas de l’hotel (et nous étions cependant au deuxième étages), le bruit des voitures qui roulent à 100 à l’heure la nuit, etc. C’était très compliqué. De plus pour la piscine il n’y a qu’une vingtaine de transat hors pour un hotel de cette dimension, il en aurait fallu au moins beaucoup plus car des 10h30 tous les transats sont pris par des gens qui posent uniquement leur serviette et repartent en chambre se préparer. Et la réponse du personnel est d’aller sur la plage pour poser nos affaires et de revenir à la piscine (loin de nos affaires). Peu de communication de la part des équipes de l’hôtel, personne ne nous explique comment faire pour commander à manger sur la plage, tout est à faire la plupart du temps avec le tel via qr code, ce qui est bien et en même temps on aurait aimer qu’on nous l’explique directement. Le rooftop … inutile ? Les mini jacuzzis étaient tous dysfonctionnels et la « piscine en haut » est vraiment une pataugeoire sale … ca ne donne meme pas envie d’y mettre l’orteil. Bien dommage car ça pourrait vraiment être un énorme atout pour l’hôtel ce rooftop (meme si la vue est pas très belle)

De inrichting van het hotel is erg mooi.

Het aantal beschikbare bedjes aan het zwembad was erg weinig. Er is geen handdoeken beleid. Gasten houden bedjes voor uren bezet met persoonlijke spullen terwijl ze er niet op liggen.

.The breakfast was cute, I would have been happy if there was a wider variety of spreads and hot dishs ,the spot was spectacular .All the hotel facilities were good, the stunning pool, roof top, the calm beach, we enjoyed every moment .In hindsight, we wouldn't have taken dinner and instead eat somewhere different every night .George, the hotel employee, was lovely, we were happy to meet him .George, the hotel employee, was lovely, we were happy to meet him !George the tavern manager was also extremely cute ,Both responded to every solution with excellent service and a smile .They upgrade the hotel vibes and service

שהגענו רק ליומיים. היה חסר לי תה בחדר לצד הקפה... אבל זה בקטנה ממש.

וואו וואו וואו מקום מהמם הצוות מדהים הם נותנים שירות מצוין אנחנו נהנו מאוד ואין ספק שהמחיר היה שווה את זה , ממליצה לכל מי שרוצה להתפנק שילך למלון הזה .

פחות בעיה במקום, האיזור קצת משעמם אנחנו לקחנו שתי לילות וזה היה בדיוק…אין יותר מידי מה לעשות בערב .

אהבתי את הקרבה לחוף, והבריכה ואת המסעדה של המלון.

השירות, אנשי הצוות וכל החוויה, הייתה מאוד מאכזבת! לא קיבלתי תמורה עבור התשלום, במלון חמישה כוכבים אני מצפה לסטנדרט מסויים, ולא קיבלתי אותו. החדר היה מלוכלך, לא החליפו סבון, לא ניקואת השירותים, לא ניקו את המאפרה, לא החליפו כוסות, הגענו לחגןג יום נישואים וביקשנו לשדרג לחדר עם נוף לים, אמרו לנו במייל שאין בעיה. ולא שדרגו אותנו. על כל קפסולה נוספת ביקשו תשלום נוסף, והבר בבריכה מאוד יקר! מחירים פי 6 מחוץ למלון!

היה מדהים, הצוות היה ממש אדיב ועזרו בכל דבר שרק ביקשנו. החדר היה נקי, חדש ויפה. האוכל בארוחת בוקר היה מעולה והבריכות והים היו מדהימים!!! ממליץ בחום

שני דברים חיוביים במלון איסלה בראון מרשת הילטון- הצוות והשירות הם ואוו!! מקסימים ורק מחפשים פתרונות, כמו שאמרתי להם, המלון הזה לא ראוי לצוות כל כך טוב, ובנוסף החדרים והנוף יפיפיים

הגענו והייתה קבוצה גדולה במלון שבגללם לא יכלנו לאכול בחדר אוכל שזה ממש מבאס, שלחו אותנו לאכול בטברנה היה נחמד רק שלא ידעו מי אנחנו, ארוחת הבוקר בחדר הייתה מזעזעת, לבסוף בספא קיבלתי עיסוי ממישהי שבוודאות לא מוסמכת, זה הרגיש פשוט לא מקצועי וחבל, להבנתי הספא נפרד מהמלון אבל כל עוד הוא בתווך המלון אני מצפה לשירות הטוב ביותר, על הטיפול כמובן לא שילמתי כי זה היה באמת לא בסדר, בקיצור המלון מהמם והרגשנו שלא נהננו ממנו בכלל

incompetent staff. Room service very poor, Gym not clean. Beautiful location but my room view was to a junk yard with stray dogs hauling all day and night and when I asked to change my room, first they said we dont have any.

Breakfast was decent and good. The bar manage was the only staff we liked since he knew what is he talking about.

Нет закрытого бассейна , маленький выбор вин ( были в несезон в начале мая ) , на завтраке не подписаны многие блюда , Не работал ресторан Аля карт ( опять же не сезон )кофейные чашки без ручки максимально неудобные ! Но это все мелочи , просто единственные недочеты которые мы нашли 😁

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat. The hotel is easily accessible from Athens. Restaurant is ok. Breakfast unbelivable rich.

Hotel is the only bright dot in small city. Without much content in the tourist offer. The city itself is quite dirty and poor.

Actually was shocked by how dirty was all the pools including the water area on the roof top . The staff at the pool bar was hard to get their attention .

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially owing to the fact that the Guest Relations Manager, Areti Prentza and her colleague Aphrodite were very kind and always ready to help regarding any porblem we encountered. Moreover, the hotel was up-to-date, the breakfast was always fresh and delicious. We even received some gifts the first and last day of our stay. The service they offered on the beach lived up to my expectations as well.

There were some technical problems but they were dealt with as soon as possible.
