I liked the location, it was very near to the beach

How we had to travel up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. It was very difficult to get up after a long day.

Everything one needed in a pleasant surrounding, near to town and transport

Lack of reasonably priced parking nearby

Recently decorated, very pleasant room and staff were always very helpful

The staff are lovely will do anything to accommodate you very friendly 😊 😀 ☺️

Location was great, only 10 minute walk to the pier. Room was great as I was offered a double when I arrived instead of a single. Breakfast is around £7

I just wanted a comfortable accommodation that was functional and operational with a comfy bed to sleep on after a busy day of exploring Brighton and this met all those expectations and served its purpose. The location is superb; I mean I forgot my earphones at a restaurant and within minutes of returning to my room I was able to go back and retrieve it within minutes. That is how close it is to the centre of everything. It is so close to the beach I could hear the birds and seagulls. It was good value for money and it had its own ensuite so I was satisfied. Lastly, the cleanliness exceeded my expectations.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in thar particular room rate but I do not eat breakfast so it was all good and it would be helpful if their sign was a little bigger and bolder for people to see especially when arriving in the evening.

Great value for money in Brighton. with very genuine staff who were willing to help. Rooms are a bit dated (70s/80s) but I think that's to be expected. My friend liked breakfast!
