Fueron muy amables, los espacios súper cómodos. Ofrecían desayuno pero no pudimos probarlo.

Appartement avec cuisine et sdb, assez grand. Les lits sont vraiment excellents. Dalila était très sympathique et serviable. Internet efficace. Cuisine simple mais il y a ce qu'il faut. Eau chaude pour la douche.
Il y a de mauvaises odeurs à l'extérieur par moment. Ce n'est pas la faute de la propriétaire ceci dit.
Dommage que l'appartement ne dispose pas d'une terrasse, mais on a pu utiliser celle des autres chambres, dans le bâtiment à côté.

alojamiento un poco apartado del centro, a escasos 3 minutos andando, con vistas espectaculares del lago, embarcadero y alrededores. Nosotros lo preferimos.Tiendas muy cerca para comprar. La habitacion nos encanto la cama, la decoracion, las vistas. En la planta de arriba, esta la cocina, con la nevera, y varias mesas para comer o tomar algo, mientras se pone el sol, cenas o charlas.
la ducha se salia el agua, ya que no tenia plato de ducha y mojaba la zona del vater, aunque nada grave ni muy importante

Dishonest/rude staff. Overpriced hotel room. There are better places to stay at for half the price. She told me to pay her with cash. I paid her with cash, but then she proceeded to report me that I didn’t pay. Luckily I was able to ask her for a receipt (for the cash transaction) and have that as evidence to back up my claim.

Wonderful place. Very comfortable for a family, with well equipped kitchen and helpful and kind hostel. 6 minutes walk from the dock. A minute walk to a small local park with lake view.

Beautiful accomodation with a rooftop view of Lake Atitlan. In a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to shops and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and showed us many room options, helped with laundry and making sure our stay was comfortable. Amazing value for money and the paintings in the rooms and common areas are absolutely beautiful!
The wifi was a bit slow and sometimes the shower was cold.

unfortunately the property wasn’t to clean , floors were black. very noisy , building work going on etc , had heavy rain and apartment leaked in 3 places. also some gaps by windows meant it wasn’t to secure. owners however were very friendly and gave us a discount for the leaks which was kind.

Beautiful view of the lake from the kitchen terrace. Room was simple, very clean, and fairly new (I was in the newer building which is still under construction). The owner Dalila was lovely and I loved all the art throughout the property.
The second building is still in progress, so there was a bit of noise in the exterior, and water shutoffs. But really no big deal at all.

the family who lives here and runs the place are very sweet. the warm shower definitely a plus, room was clean and the terrace overlooking the lake with the kitchen was also a beauty
loud dogs at night and loud chicken buses in the morning but it seems you are going to run into that no matter where you stay in San Juan

Asked to be moved after first night as upstair neighbours exceptionally noisy. The whole area is really noisy most of the night. Tuk tuks, dogs barking, fireworks...
