They physically helped me when I had trouble opening my room with the lockbox key and they were quick to come. Hotel staff was readily accessible on the phone for all questions. McDonald's and KFC are across the street. 24 hour Walgreens, local restaurants too. I was able to adjust the room temperature to my liking. Neighbors were helpful.

there was a extreme chemical smell from cleaning fluids that made it difficult to stay inside the property. nothing we did to air the place out helped. otherwise we were very happy with the property and amenities.
