Only one wash cloth to shower with and when asked for another housekeeping gave black cosmetic cloths. I had to purchase my own wash cloth to shower.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location with great nearby restaurants and safe neighborhood.

The overall quality of the room for the price. It felt like a cold concrete block dorm room. Bedding was sparse and cheap quality. Pretty noisy from inside the room with pool guests late at night and airplanes flying overhead.

The location was perfect, short walk to beaches, many restaurants, bars, shopping and 24 hours pharmacy. Isla Verde is ideal location, even for Uber

pool area is pretty, staff is sweet but feels very mom and pop. Place is clean and the bathroom was remodeled. Room has its own a/c which can be adjusted. Prices for sodas and snacks were reasonable.

No towels in the bathroom, provided when asked. Tv not working right, even the staff did not know how to work the remote control. If turned of it would not work again. Room does not lock automatically. More like my kitchen door's bottom lock. Not safe. Room had a shabby feel about it. No place to hang clothes, an old dresser. A deposit of $40 is requested in case there is damage to the room. This place feels like a servicable pension, not a hotel.
