It’s a fun place with a great view. The beds were comfy and you can walk everywhere.

Great spot if you’re a group looking to party and in great shape to navigate 3+ flights up with an overwhelming smell of fish in the upper hallway( window is open 24/7). We are all physically active but carrying luggage up these flights was not anticipated nor is it handicap friendly. No screens on windows make it unacceptable for children. It is central to all bars in downtown. The apartment is above a bar - restaurant. If a fire erupts in the restaurant kitchen there’s no way for you to get out. You will not sleep. Even after the bands and music are done, the crowd remains outside and at that time are far from quiet. When we inquired with the owner, he noted the description stated we were in the middle of a city. We are from NY, have stayed in NYC and never had an experience as this one as far as people in streets and restaurants below. The description of premises is lacking. There was mold in the ceiling of the bathroom - not just on it. When we raised concerns the owner responded via replies and once with a form letter ( signature notes insert name here) The wifi listed does not exist. The wifi when provided did not work as connection was poor. You cannot utilize any apps on the tv to watch tv. We came home one of the days to burnt plastic smell and smoke filled the main living space of the apartment which raised concern. The host noted they’d look into it. No hot water for the jacuzzi tub. We ran water for 15 min. Unsafe step down from kitchen. Two fell. Low light

My friends and I had a great stay in this spacious apartment on front street. Any communication with our host, Daniel, went very well! I’d love to stay again next time I’m in town.

Place was awesome! Even had room for a family meal around a large table.

Nice and spacious, this was super convenient for a bachelor party with easy access to downtown

Stayed a few nights on our trip from Maryland to North Myrtle Beach. Really enjoyed the location and the Bourbon Street Restaurant downstairs. Stairs help you not gain as much weight while drinking and eating at all the great places in town.

The penthouse was awesome! The place has a great feel with all the exposed brick and open floor plan. Located right on Front St. you’re walking distance from everything you could want. We would certainly stay here again.
