Friday when we arrived their was No checklist so you dont know how many glasses, forks, knife you suppose to / have /receive. The main room had no clean bedsheets. Sofabed wasnt clean. Their was no kitchen towel no badroom carpet smells cigarette..No elavator.

المكان نظيف جدا . وقريب من كل ما تحتاجه لزياره المدينه . ولكن من سوء حظنا كان الجيران صاحيين جدا . وفي الساعه الخامسه فجرا ضغطو جرس الشقه مرتين . مما سبب في فزع الاطفال كوننا كنا متعبين من الطريق . وعددهم كان كبيرا اذ لا اتوقع ان يستظيف المؤجر كل هذا العدد في شقه واحده مهما كانت عدد الاسره ما رأيته هو مجموعه من الفتيات عددهم 4-5 . وبعد ذلك وقف عند الباب مجموعة شبان عددهم 6 تقريبا فتحت الباب وطلبت منهم التحدث بصوت واطئ لان الاطفال بصعوبه عادو للنوم بعد الفعاليه الأولى. كل هذا و رغم سياسات المكان بعدم استقبال الضيوف !!!

غير مناسب لسكن العوائل الا اذا اردت ان تجازف بذلك . لايوجد ركن للسيارات قريب سوى السيارات الصغيره . 4-5 مقاعد suv وما شابهها لا يوجد مكان لذلك. الارضيات الخشبيه لها صوت عالي عند السير عليها يعني الافضل ان لا تترك السرير اذا اللذي قريب عليك شخص نائم .

Luxury Suites Castel is situated within the proximity of Antwerp Central Station, the biggest train station of the city. It is also located within the proximity of the diamond center and the shopping street of Antwerp. I took advantage of the location of Luxury Suites Castel a lot during my stay. Despite the fact that the house is basically covered in dust and old kitchen appliances, the size of the accommodation is something to be enjoyed. The airconditioning system has helped me get through the warm days. The housekeeping lady is nice and helpful, if you don't mind being linguistically challenged by having to translate what you want to say by using a translator.

1. Cleanliness The whole apartment was basically covered in dust, from the front door all the way to the kitchen, living room. The bedroom was okay, but the bedroom has its own problem. There are rugs in different places on the living room, none of them are functional and all of them are dusty and dirty. I found out that there is a giant water/stain mark on the sofa couch, and they did nothing but to cover the sofa with a thin polyester blanket. 2. Lack of amenities There are no properly functioning pan. The dishwasher worked once and it never turned back on again ever since. I appreciated that they have provided some complimentary tea bags. However, I cannot use it because the teabags are also dusty and moldy. Some of the cooking pans are corroded, and barely usable. And there is no wine bottle opener!! In my opinion, any decent place will at least provide you with a simple wine bottle opener The two things that worked the way it should be in the kitchen room are the dining table and the fridge, and I am glad it functioned 3. The windows are hard to open. The bedroom's window could not be shut.

VE CAREFUL, SO MANY MOSQUITOS AND DEAD ONES IN ALL THE WALLS, YOU PAY 200€ for a night and end up with 50 bites in a tiny body of my 3 years old

in summer it’s quite hot and the air conditioner cannot be turned out all the time, it automatically turn off after some time say about 15 min. no lift and you have to carry your luggage all the way up to your unit.

1. The initial key code shared using Booking app was not working. we had to call the apartment and get another code to enter the building. 2. beds were not so comfortable.

nothing to like about the property.

first of all the pictures on this listing don’t match with the apartment. very misleading listing. if they have many apartments, they should list them separately. then it was smell of smoking - awful to live with kids. then shower was broken - couldn’t do shower. The fridge was not working - just wasted out foods. booking.com should remove this add immediately.
