Spacious inside and out - great outside area and pool is a great size - gardens kept beautifully. Also the area is perfect - away from the main area but within walking distance of it all. family of six - me and four adult kids and my sister and all fitted in without ever feeling we were on top of each other. The beautiful little cats who visited were the icing on the cake Menelaos is a great host and was full of ideas and great recommendations - lovely friendly, helpful and professional guy who is exactly who you would want to deal with

Nothing to not like about this villa - could have stayed way longer here

Well our host menelaos was fantastic what a great guy he met us at the villa at the agreed time showed us round and he kept in touch throughout our 3 week stay he sent us messages with reminders of our weekly clean and was always there to message with any questions. Could not of asked for a better host. The villa is nice and spacious amazing pool plenty of off road parking a short walk to the main protaras strip . Supermarket 3min drive ideal location to have family time away.

There was not much and for some this will not apply . This was a family holiday we have young kids the villa doors don't have handles on the out side so can't be opened from out side that's OK but they don't lock on the inside meaning out kids could go out any time so we had to be aware all times incase they went out and fell in the pool . While we wasn't with them. Like I said this won't apply to everyone as a concern but it did us a little. Also the only other thing was the electric being a hot country / August especially we as Brits need Aircon however there is a limit to how much electric we can use each week if we used more we would have to pay we used minimal Airconditioning an hour each night to cool the rooms before bed time however would wake up alot due to it being to hot. We was within our electric at the end of the holiday just ! That's OK but after paying thousands for the villa did not want to accur any more costs and did not want to sleep in discomfort every night. This was our only reason to not rebook again had electric not been an issue we would of probly re-booked every year it was fantastic we loved it
