It is a tri-level townhouse. 2 bedrooms on the top floor. One off the garage. Make sure to pack light. Carrying the bags to the top floor was interesting. We enjoyed our stay regardless. It was quiet and made for a good home base.

Great property that is a short Uber ride to Broadway. I reached out a couple times to the owners prior to the trip with a couple questions. They got back to me quickly and my questions were answered thoroughly and accurately. Would stay here again.

My friends and I were in for the long week-end and we picked this property due to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was super nice and clean!

Enjoyed the condo, we (5 adults) found it spacious, modern and with great amenities. Convenient location in an up-and-coming neighborhood, downtown and Five Points were easily accessible with a car or Uber. The unit was clean and maintained, more care than I've seen in other VRBO's I've rented. One drawback was the room on the first floor is down a long flight of stairs with nothing else on that floor, long walk up a flight of stairs to the bathroom. A positive about that room is it is very quiet for sleeping. Overall, very satisfied with this unit and the service provided. Our door code did not work when we arrived, and I called, and it was fixed instantly with no issues. Definity would recommend and re-book with them.

In town for a wedding, stayed here with friends and had an excellent time. Great location and house was spacious and clean.

Place was just as pictured very nice could have been a little cleaner in the bathrooms but over all good. Great location close to everything we did.

From start to finish, I believe this was the easiest rental I've done, and it was for a large group of different ages. Everything was found as advertised in the description. The place was super clean and comfortable for 9 of us. All of the details were communicated beautifully and the owner's response was quick when we had a question during our stay. Wish we didn't have to pay overnight for parking a 3rd car in the public lot (the property has a 2-car garage) but we had to have 3 cars. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was very nice. A few too many stairs for some in our group but at the end of the day it worked out fine. Great location to downtown and many other places. I would stay there again.

Overall nice place to stay. Rooms are separate, and gives some nice privacy. Very clean and roomy townhome. Close to downtown, but far enough to be out of the busy area.

The condo was very nice and location was perfect. We had plenty of space from our family to unwind and relax. I would stay again.

We traveled down for CMA Fest and we were looking to stay away from the downtown but close enough to all the action and we were not disappointed. The house was an easy drive to and from Nissan Stadium and it was surrounded with a ton of great options for food. Everyone loved the amount of space we had and asked if we could use this location again for further trips.

Stayed with 3 couples. Plenty of room for all of us with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. A little awkward having one bedroom on the ground level by the garage and having the bathroom right up the stairs but it worked. About a 15 minute Uber to downtown and several quick stops in the area without much traffic. Overall a good stay!

House was clean and beds comfy! Loved being able to put our cars inside.

Adorable condo. Cleanliness was less than....floors were filthy (stained socks), tubs grimey, but the place is adorable and convenient.

Enjoyed this place, we wanted to stay close but not too close to downtown Nashville. The location was great and the neighborhood had a great Vibe.

We were in town for the Craft Brewers Conference, which happened to be at the same time as the Taylor Swift concerts in Nashville, so everything was insane. After our first house cancelled on us to get more money from Swifties, we were lucky enough to find this place for part of our stay. We absolutely loved the fact that it was a 30 second walk to Living Waters Brewery (which is also a coffee shop with really good coffee) and a quick drive to all of the East Nashville restaurants and shops. It was a 12 minute Uber to the Music City Center or Broadway, which worked well enough for us. I also really appreciated that there was a secure garage for us to leave our cars in, although parking overall was frustrating since there is no free parking (and no overnight parking) besides the two spots in the garage - so if you have three cars, you'll need to be strategic. It's also worth noting that the garage is very short, so our 2019 Rav4 barely fit - anything taller and you might have issues. The condo itself was very nice, with an open living area and kitchen. The layout is a bit odd with a third bedroom on the ground floor and the bathroom being on the second, but it wasn't terrible for our party. The king room has an AMAZING shower that I will forever be jealous of. My one issue was that the bathrooms were not as clean as they could have been - not gross - just missed some things that made it feel grimy. I would definitely stay again.

We were there celebrating our 55 yrs of life Girls trip and the property was perfect enough room for everybody.. The Decor was nice, Beds so comfortable bathrooms were spacious, plenty of towels, extra items were available , We fell on love with your property if we come back we would chose here again.

This location was great knowing it was only a short drive to Broadway, and not to mention the place was very clean, beautiful, and plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable, we had plenty of towels, and shampoo and conditioner were available, and had great blackout curtains. We truly enjoyed our stay and we would chose this location again!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was convenient to everywhere we wanted to get, nice to have a place to park the car without worrying about finding parking, and convenience to everything we wanted to access. The layout was ideal and everyone had plenty of space..

Overall it was a very nice place, not too far from Broadway. Some areas of the house were a little dusty/dirty. I would definitely stay here again though.

We loved the location. Easy route to everywhere we wanted to go. A little work to get 2 cars in garage but it worked. Was surprised that one bedroom was at bottom floor by garage but it was ok. We're pretty tech savvy but had trouble with U-verse and never got it to work. Thanks for a great place tho to make some special family memories.

Nice place. King bed in Master Bedroom needs to be replaced as you roll to the middle, but we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Perfect place for our group. There was somewhere for everyone to sleep without having to use the couch! Showers are good sized and there is plenty of shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper.

We were all in town visiting a friend in East Nashville, the property was stocked with what we needed and was about 15 minutes from Downtown. Very quiet area, and there is a local record shop, vintage, and brewery next door.

We enjoyed 5 days at this property. Convenient location on Eastside with easy access into downtown and south of city. Park nearby was wonderful. Previous tenants left mess and broken glass. Interior cleaned well, exterior still has glass. Nice furnishings, new. 2 car garage under was great. Improvement would be more kitchen supplies and master bed frame appears broken.

We really like that the condo was next door to Living Water which is a brewery that also has Great coffee in walking distance. Condo is close to restaurants and downtown Nashville. Condo was clean and as described. You will be doing a lot of stairs so not a good setup for those with stairs challenges otherwise efficient design.
