We have stayed here before and it is perfect. It is clean, a great location, an updated condo and just overall beautiful! We are already planning our next stay! The owner is great to work with as well!!

Absolutely loved this condo! There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our two adult children… and could easily have fit two more. It was cozy and had everything that we needed. The master suite was lovely, and the bed was so comfortable! The views were beautiful and the outdoor patio Was definitely used a lot.
There were plenty of things to do within walkable distances as well as restaurants.
The only remotely negative Is the parking. If you have multiple cars coming, it’s tricky but doable. There is street parking available so we just parked our extra cars on the street (which can be tricky) and the car that we drove around we kept in the space that came with the condo.
Overall, the building was quiet and Joshua was very quick to respond to any inquiries that we had. Plus, left us a great gift! If our family is ever back in Ocean City, we will definitely stay here again.

The property was great. Very clean with all the amenities you could want. The door was a little tough to open on occasion. Overall great vacation spot. Josh was great and easy to communicate with.

This was our third year staying and once again it was a great week (other than the rain!). Josh is quick with replies to any questions or needs. Check in is very easy. The unit is as advertised and has been excellent for our family of six - now adults. The welcome gift is just the cherry on top. I highly recommend staying here. 5 Stars all the way!

Beautiful place with an amazing view! I honestly cannot say enough good things about the condo. It was extremely clean, beautiful inside comfortable and our family enjoyed sitting on the spacious deck having our morning coffee or hanging out in the evening listening to the ocean laughing and talking!

This property was perfect for the 4 of us; me, my husband, our 6 year old son and my mom. The condo was exactly as listed, very clean, and perfect location for dolphin spotting and people watching!
Joshua was always prompt and thorough in his responses and provided a very nice welcome bag that we enjoyed.

This place was by far the cleanest that we’ve ever stayed in at OCMD! Modern, comfy, and close to everything. The games provided for families, as well as the nightlights and sound machines were added bonuses for our kids. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love this place. Have stayed here for three years in a row now in May. Right on the boardwalk with beautiful ocean views. We live in California near the beach and still travel all the way to the east coast just to stay here and re-live my younger days when I used to go to Ocean City.

This is our second year staying at this condo. LOVE the design and decor, love the direct view of the ocean! Immaculately clean, and the owner was VERY responsive and kind! Will be going back again next year!

I had a lovely time in this property. As advertised, the condo is beachfront and in a really convenient location.
Like many OC properties, the building is older, but everything inside of this condo is brand new. It was super clean, modern, and the view is an absolute showstopper!
There was plenty of room for my two tween daughters to relax, and when my sister and niece arrived later in our stay, there was still ample space. The beds were comfy and the supplies provided were just enough to last for our stay.
We will definitely return. Josh is a friendly and responsive host. Check in was seamless. I’ve rented several OC properties before, and this is our fave.
Please note that if you have a large SUV, the garage clearance is 6’4. Our Yukon fit but was almost touching the ceiling, so we used the parking available in the front of the building. Didn’t present an issue this time, but during the busier summer months, it may be more challenging to find open spaces.

Justin the host was extremely accommodating. We have stayed at. several z bro properties in the past which were acceptable with no major issues or problems. However our stay at Regency 10 and the unit itself was nothing but exceptional. Location. Cleanliness, essentials, furniture, beds and TV’ s were all in excellent condition and extremely comfortable. I could go on and on and still not totally express how pleased we were with the unit.

The condo exceeded our expectations. It was very well kept, and up to date. The owner even included a welcome bag which was a generous bonus. One of the cleanest places we have stayed in, and we have been going to OC for 23 years! We had issues with the lock which he was more then happy to take care of once made aware of.

We absolutely love this condo. The best we have stayed at in over 30 yrs coming to OCMD. We feel very much at home here and the unit has plenty of room for our family of 6. The unit is very clean with very comfortable furniture. Check in is as simple as it can be. Joshua and the host family are A+. Excellent communication before, during and after our stay. We plan on coming back here as often as possible.

The condo itself was nothing short of exceptional. Its modern design and tasteful decor created a welcoming ambiance. The living space was well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and ample room to relax and unwind. The large windows offered stunning views of the beach and the bustling boardwalk, allowing me to soak up the vibrant atmosphere from the comfort of my own space.
One of the highlights of this condo was undoubtedly its convenient location. Being right on the boardwalk meant I had easy access to all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to take a leisurely stroll along the beach, savor delicious local cuisine, or indulge in some retail therapy, everything was just steps away. The lively energy of the boardwalk, especially during the summer season, added an extra layer of excitement.
The condo amenities were top-notch as well. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare meals whenever I desired, giving me the freedom to dine in at my own convenience.

We had a perfect time hanging with our family of four in this immaculate and perfectly located condo. The views were amazing. It was nice to have a reserved extra large parking place. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the oversized balcony every day. The host was wonderful and fully responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

We have stayed in this building in the past, and while the units have all been nice (clean, quiet, etc,) this unit was recently remodeled, and is quite lovely! We LOVED the remodeled kitchen and bathrooms! And the electric fireplace was so great - we've decided to replace the gas fireplace in our house with one of these! We brought our own linens, including kitchen towels and pot holders, but found that those are in place already - we just washed and dried them before we left. We will definitely be looking to rent this particular unit again! And did I mention that the owner was very communicative and helpful? Such a nice experience - thank you!

Joshua's Regency Unit 10 was an outstanding choice for our autumn visit to Ocean City as a couple. The condo was very clean and very well appointed. Layout provides an ocean view from anywhere in living room, kitchen, and master bedroom plus the balcony. Mere steps to beach or boardwalk (not a noise issue at all this time of year) and there's a bike rental place a half block away. Good communication and keyless access. Loved it.
