appartement vraiment parfait , équipement complet , tout a été très bien pensée , avec mes collègues nous avons même essayé de trouver des défauts , aucun défaut , une adresse a conserver ! tout l équipement de la cuisine semblait neuf , je pense même que nous avons été les premiers a l occuper !

Saubere, top und mit Interesse fürs Detail ausgestattete Ferienwohnung.., alles sauber und modern. Die vorhandenen Schlafzimmer haben gerade bei größeren Kindern für alle Privatsphäre geschaffen.

Auch wenn wir es vorher wussten: Kellerlage und fehlende Couch haben zu einem (wirklich kleinen) Abzug beim Komfort geführt.

The general idea of the appartment is totally dedicated to the wellbeing of the guest. All the amenities are perfectly designed and functional.

Underground level flat: don't expect a nice view.

Nice, modern flat 15 minute walk from the lake, and 15 minute drive from Friedrichshafen center.

We really missed a sofa to sit down with the family at the end of the day. Also important to note that the flat is in the basement, so only walls can be seen through the windows, which we haven’t recognized at booking.

Everything was perfect, except the stairs. Rooms are very big and comfortable, the kitchen has everythings for cooking, also for cleaning after use. The hosts gave us some tea, snacks and drinks: very appreciate. The apartment is not so near to the city centre, so you need a car to arrive. There is a car parking for you in front of the apartment.

To arrive ar the apartment the is an important stair without the hand support. It is pericolous maybe for someone else. I was ther with my grandma: she's 90 yo, anche for her was very difficult and scareful. I told this to the hosts and i hope they will solve this problem as soon as possible.
