Fantastisk udsigt fra min balkon, skønt værelse, perfekt service og virkelig god morgenmad. Dejlig detalje med fri minibar, og man føler sig meget forkælet af personalet. Virkelig fin mulighed for at hike til toppen af Northcliff og nemt at få Uber’s til at komme rundt i Johannesburg. Jeg kommer uden tvivl tilbage næste gang jeg er i Johannesburg.

Luxe kamer, met aandacht voor details. Heerlijk keuze ontbijt! Personeel had aandacht en ligbedden bij t zwembad waren voortreffelijk! Komen hier zeker terug!

Superbe boutique hotel, dans un joli quartier résidentiel de Johannesburg. Tout était incroyable. Très jolie suite, confortable, personnel aux petits soins, et de bons conseils. Déco et ambiance très très agréable. Repas du soir et petit déjeuner délicieux.
Grande piscine. Bref, on ne pouvait pas réver mieux pour notre dernière journée de vacance avant de reprendre l'avion.

This is a superb relaxing getaway in Johannesburg. The service is impeccable; the food is first class; the gardens are beautiful; the private and common rooms delightful; and the staff have a commitment to making you feel at home that exceeds anything I have experienced in my (now rather long) life. If and when I go back to Johannesburg, I would not even consider staying anywhere else. Do yourself a favour and spend a few days at Cliffside.

The space has a tranquil quality which immediately made me feel relaxed. It has a fantastic view and also direct access to the hill/park at the back of the property which is perfect for a stroll after food and also a short hike if you're up for it. Food was great too!

If there was any possibility of giving more than a score of 10 all round, I would give it. This was an amazing stay. Everything was perfect, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the food was great. Highly recommended accommodation.

I loved everything about my stay. As a belated birthday gift to myself, I was so happy to receive a handwritten note upon arrival. Not only that but the staff is magnificent. I really enjoyed meeting everyone. The bed is so comfortable! I slept like a baby every night, which was easy after soaking in the very deep free standing tub! The food was absolutely delicious and, to my surprise, nice portions. The wine was superb, the spa treatments were divine, and the large balcony was perfect for my morning yoga and meditation. I highly recommend staying here as a solo woman traveler as well because it is very safe and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

The food was spectacular, Phindi is officially my favourite Chef. Its the perfect place to unwind, get away from every day life and breath. The staff make the place feel like home.

a lovely place, on the hills between green trees, the best way to visit the city of Johannesburg and still stay in the nature.
the facilities are in a very high level- a new building decorated in a very elegant way, modern and makes you feel like you’re home even you’re away from home.
The staff is great- from the warm welcoming as we arrived they arranged for us everything we needed, took care of us personally- food, drinks, advices for what is best to do each day, even helped us get a SIM card!
we highly recommend this wonderful place with these wonderful people!
