Jest to naprawdę bardzo dobry hotel! 15 min skuterem od miasta, ale to tylko na plus, bo dzięki temu jest tam bardzo cicho, a można wyporzyczyc skuter w hotelu. Prywatna plaza, jest świetna. Polecam zwiąć pokój z widokiem na morze <3

Outstanding breakfast. Huge choice and delicious. Staff are great - very friendly and very efficient. Room is beautiful. Location is very peaceful with a great beach and lovely scenery around. If you want to get away from it all it's perfect.

Orson hotel is the most beautifully located hotel you could think of. It's the only hotel in a beautiful bay, with its own beach. It also has a great infinity pool with sun beds always available. We had booked a Deluxe Suite for panoramic sea and jungle views and it was worth it. The room was spacious with a large balcony, direct sea view. Its has had some handy amenities like good TV, kettle, bathrobes, toiletries, coffee and tea etc. The room was made everyday at request. The breakfast was tasty and versatile with fresh fruits, eggs made to order plus large selection of asian foods. The hotel rents scooters cheaply.

The hotel public premises could be kept a bit better.

We wasn’t told the national park was closed on Sunday so we didn’t get to go there.

Location was perfect for us. Away from town, but we like that. Lovely cove and excellent pool.

Food was fine - not terrific - but fine.

Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist überwältigend. Zudem war das Zimmer und das Bett recht gross. Der Aussenpool ist sehr schön und der Strand war sauber.

Das Abendessen war sehr schlecht. Es gab jeweils nur ein Frühstückbuffet, wenn sich genügend Gäste im Hotel befanden (ansonsten konnte man aus einer Auswahl an Speisen wählen, die an den Tisch serviert wurden). Zudem war es auch nicht sonderlich gut. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es keine Restaurants. Wenn man nicht im Hotel essen möchte, muss man in die Stadt fahren. Beim Duschen lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab und überschwemmte das gesamte Badezimmer. Die Poolbar sowie die Rooftop Bar waren geschlossen. Die Liegestühle waren mehrheitlich defekt und müssten dringendst ersetzt werden. Die Duschmöglichkeit sowie die Toilette beim Poolbereich bietet keine Privatsphäre und sieht schäbig aus. Das Hotel entspricht eher einem 3* Hotel. Zudem ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und Teilbereiche müssten saniert werden. Viele Mitarbeitende beherrschen keine Fremdsprache oder hatten nur rudimentäre Englischkenntnisse.

Stunning location, wonderful staff, amazing pool. Very generous size rooms with lovely private balcony. Excellent scooters for hire - very reasonably price and an easy safe ride into town.

Everything was great

The private beach is stunning, the pool is fantastic, the room was spacious and the bed is very comfortable! The staff are also helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Nothing to complain about really. I think maybe the food menu could include some more traditional Vietnamese dishes or easier to understand for a non Vietnamese person.

The pool is the best we've ever seen. Great view, with good sunbeds and served by a bar. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The pick-up and drop-off went smoothly. Even though it is far from the centre, the hotel has a daily shuttle free for guests. You can also get there by motorbike, which the hotel rents.

The beach is filled with rocks and not as sandy as you find on other places of the island.

The view from the seaview room was excellent. Set meals in the restaurant were delicious and good value and the buffet breakfast catered for all tastes. The nightly shuttle into town was welcome. The infinity pool was clean and a suitable substitute when the ocean was too rough to swim.

The hotel is quite remote and a daytime shuttle service into town would be appreciated. There were a number of items listed in the hotel information (eg. pool bar and in-room dining menu) that didn't exist. The TV had no free-to-air programs available (only Netflix using your own paid account). There was a smell coming out of the bathroom pipes. All tiles throughout the hotel were slippery and were constantly wet and dangerous. They should be replaced with non-slip tiles.

The staff are friendly and kind and went out of their way to be helpful by assisting us with whatever we needed. Breakfast was included in our stay. The hotel has beautiful grounds. The pool looked over to the oceans. The hotel is isolated and far from the city centre however motobikes are easily rented from the hotel. The beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. I had forgotten my laptop at home and the hotel assisted me and allowed me to use theirs so that I could get some work done in the evenings. They are exceptionally helpful.

For what you pay per night they don't offer much. It's a big hotel and it seems a little unfinished. There's no gym or spa facility. Food at the restaurant is overpriced for what you get. For the amount you pay, there's no service such as room service. The restaurant closes at 9pm.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and to make the stay positive. A couple staff speak a little English, so you probably want to have Google Translate at the ready. I think if the weather had not been stormy we would have enjoyed the pool and that the hotel was right on it's own beach. However, the weather left us with very limited options on the island.

The two restaurant tables were out in the main lobby.

Best Hotel we have stayed at. Location is unbelievable, pool is so nice and the private beach is so much fun in the evenings. Definitely stay here, it is so good 🇮🇪

Nothing

The staff was amazing from minute one till the end. The hotel took care of both our transfers with a very good and careful driver giving us a nice ride to see the views, insteady of taking the faster routes. That's, what we really appreciated. The hotel offers motorbikes for rent for a very good price and the scooters are looking and riding well.

The photos show a sandy beach. Sadly, that was quite the disappointment, when we arrived and found out, there's no sand at all and the beach is a lot of stones. We were not the only ones to be unhappy about this discrepancy. The pool however, was great and the staff around fun and helpful.

Amazing view on the way from/to the airport

Everything was perfect. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Good location, private beach , the pool is very big and clean, delicious food, free pick up services. I would like to stay for longer. Highly recommended

great location. Fabulous,large infinity pool lovely beach. good sized rooms with a superb view of the ocean. friendly helpful staff. The hotel is recently renovated.

Meal service at lunch and dinner was slow. The coffee machine in the bar area didn’t work so not possible to get any coffee.

Staff were great, facilities were nice, room was comfortable. Scooter rental was super easy and cheap - easy way to get around. Only thing to note is they are 20min from the town centre by car/scooter so you need to consider that - scooter ride home solo, in the rain, along cliffs dropping to the ocean was spectacular in the daylight; somewhat terrifying in the dark (though there are street lamps). Not a deal breaker but something to consider.

Restaurant was ok but as others have mentioned not amazing for what you can get in town - fair enough given captive audience. The bar was good though.

The property was amazing ! amazing location and beautiful clean resort. The staff was AWESOME ! Picked me from the airport dropped to the airport.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ! it is a hot out of the city but it’s very easy to get to the city.

Ocean view, Infinity Pool, serenity of the location

The hotel had a little bit of an empty feel to it. This was also due to us travlling during low season.

Location was superb for a quiet get away. Loved the private beach, which was just situated right beside the resort.

It was a shame to have a private beach that still had rubbish and litter about.
