We loved our stay at J&G Suites. Roula greeted us on arrival and thoroughly explained Chania and other spots of Crete we should check out. The room was large and beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was ideal. You walk out into a beautiful picturesque street. The location was central and perfect.

the location was perfect- restaurants and cafes right outside the door, yet the room and balcony were off the beaten track, and felt private and quiet. Roula made our stay such fun- she sent us to the best restaurants, made reservations for us, and told us where to find the best hiking and beaches, hiring taxis that took us to multiple destinations. She was a wonderful hostess and travel agent all in one! We will definitely stay at these suites again some day.

Location was great.
We were in apartment 3 and unfortunately the waste water pipes from the rooms above passed through our room. Very noisy. However it did not spoil our stay.

Nice location, tucked away on pedestrian streets, close to good restaurants. We had the mezzanine apartment, which with the floor to ceiling windows was very light and spacious. Modern (lots of glass and wood) and very well presented. Very comfortable bed.
Would've liked a balcony or some outside space.

Perfect location in the less crowded part of the old town with great restaurants nearby and wonderful staff

Excellent location at the center of the old town of Chania. Everything in walking distance yet a quiet neighbourhood. The room is amazing and Spotlessly clean. The staff is very friendly and always ready and happy to assist with anything. We will definitely be back.

Small details could be improved. Permanent electricity one at least one socket when you leave the room to be able to charge. Small hooks on the wall. Shower needs to be repaired.

Greg and his wife were absolutely amazing to us. The location of the suite was perfect, they gave us excellent recommendations at check in and stayed in touch daily if needed. The suite was very clean and cozy, especially with the outdoor terrace. Would highly recommend staying there!

The hotel is perfectly located, well decorated and very clean. Greg was so nice, available and helpful! We highly recommend this place. We've travelled in Crete and stayed in several places and J&G Suites is with no doubt the best experience we had ! Thank you Greg!

J & G Suites is a Great place, very central , friendly and easy staff and check in, Small Hotel with good taste compared to the average Greek Hotel stile.
Beautiful renovated and decorated. You have *everything* right outside the door step and still a very quiet place. Some of the best restaurants, shopping etc...We will 100 % be back..
